I ordered my pizza at 12:20pm with the phone application. I use the tracker and according to the tracker my pizza was on the way to be delivered after 15 min of my order, that part was perfect. The delivery guy didn't show up until after 1 hour. We opened the door to find out he had forgot half of our order. We ordered pizza and wings and he actually forgot the pizza. I decided to call the store and let them know my frustration over this incident. I explained to the guy that answered the phone my situation and he asked me to hold to check. He did not press hold and I could hear him laughing with someone else about the situation. He said that they will resend the pizza that was still there (after 1 1/2 hours of preparation). I asked to speak to a manager and he transfered me to Crystal. I asked if she was the manager and she said that she was not and that the store will not have a manager until the night shift. She said that she was in charge and that Sarah, the manager, will not be in until later. I explained what happened and she argued with me the whole call defending the employees involved. She went as far to say " we were not laughing at you we were laughing at another situation in the store". She is not qualified to lead or handle these types of incidents. I have never spoken to a manager who was more nonchalant than her at a complaint. The driver brought the pizza and we returned it since we did not feel comfortable eating it. We reordered for pick up as my children wanted your product. Went I was ready to check out they did not have change for a $50 bill and I had to buy someone else's pizza to be able to get my change (that person deserved it as he was very polite to others). I am very upset with Domino's staff and expect someone to contact me as soon as possible. I am temporarily disabled and use crutches that is why I selected delivery but because of their actions was forced to drive and pick up my order. And even then when they saw I was in crutches they didn't even offer to carry the pizzas out to my car for me. I had to find a way to do it myself. Very disappointing...
Read moreIf i could rate this place a zero I would. I went online and ordered from this location on Saturday, June 27, 2015 and had the order set for delivery. Long story short the delivery driver brings me my order, i tip him of course but no sooner did i close my door i look at the 20oz sprite that i ordered and it has been opened and drunk out of....half empty. I kid you not! I go outside to stop the driver and he speeds off. I call this location back and tell the guy the answers the phone what just happened and he nonchalantly says,"well ill have him bring you another one." He hangs up the phone no apology or anything. I wait thirty minutes and call back because i have yet to receive my sprite that i paid for.....no answer. I call back five times and the phone rings for about four minutes each time with no answer. Finally i call back a 5th time requesting a refund because at this point im furious, afraid to eat the pizza and disgusted with the lack of service and careless attitude. A female answers and tells me to calm down and that the driver is on his way now. She is acting as if i have no right to be disgusted and upset about what just happened. I told her i wanted a refund and she refused. I hung up in her face, got in my car and went up there to get my money. Her while tone of voice changed once i got there and showed her the half drunken soda that was brought to my house and how serious i was. I got the tip that i gave the driver back and she supposedly voided out the ticket. I will give it a couple of days for my money to get back on my card before i go back up there or call the owner of this establishment. I will NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WONT REQUEST DELIVERY FROM ANY RESTAURANT. If he was thirsty he shouldve stopped and got him a drink on the way. Read moreHorrible service by far! I always order from this location. I always order online cause I always have complications over the phone. I've order from this location about 4 times in 1 month. The first time was great. The last 2 was reasonable but this last time was the worse! I currently had an accident and I'm in no use of one of my leg. I order my pizza, online as always. I use my debit card and I receive confirmation of the order. I decide to call the location because the last time I order they made me walk all the way to the leasing office to pick up my food. So wait... Your charging me a delivery fee and I still have to walk down my apartment building across the street into the next building and to the leasing office to pick my food up. When you charged me a fee. The worst part about this whole incident. I spoke to Ariel I think her name was and explained that I'm not able to walk to the other side of the apartment complex to pick up my food which is suppose to be deliver to my front door in the first place! And she says that's she will not have the delivery man/woman go to my door and deliver my food. I have to attempt and walk in my crutches atleast 3/4 of a mile through my apartment complex to pick up my food!/ Are you serious! And all she had to say was I can cancel your order then? Excuse me? What kind of service is this! I ask to speak to the manager on duty. And she says that she's not available. I proceed to tell her that I would wait until she returns. And she advise me that she will not make it in until tomorrow. So no manager on duty and I still get no pizza? There is no way this pizza place is still in service!
