I was really hoping this place would blow it out of the water bc when they brought my wings out they looked amazing. However, the quality of the chicken was very bad. There's were 4 wings out of the 17 wings we ordered that we had to throw away. They were in bad condion, not fresh, tasted old, smelled old or just looked like a bunch of blood had dried up on the chicken and deep fried. We showed up on a sunday for dinner time. I dont know why you wouldnt serve your freshest ingredients on the weekend, but thats how it went. The coating on the wing was soggy and there was no crunch to our wings. The flavors were great but the underwhelming condition of the chicken killed it. First off, upon arrival the parking situation is a little tricky, bu they have another parking lot beside their location where you can park more comfortably. At the time of ordering, the there is no direction of where the line begins or ends, so people cut in front of others and sometimes without even noticing. The ladies who are taking orders are extremely pleasant. The service at the register was phenomenal. The food took a little while to come out, which is ok, we know great things take a while. When the wings came out the presentation was amazing. The gentleman who brought it out was very pleasant. But then once we ate the wings we were very disappointed as I explained earlier. I was so sad bc the flavors are great. No one checked on us after we paid and got our food. Getting refills required for us to get up and get in line again. I think they could benefit from actual wait-staff bc the gentleman in charge of refills was very busy running food to the costumers. This place has potential but they definitely need to up their quality control on their chicken.

I recently visited Dream Wings located at 3425 Ella Blvd, Houston, TX 77018, with high expectations given the buzz about their unique flavors. The experience, however, was a mixed bag. The wings, while okay in taste, didn't entirely live up to the hype. If you're adventurous and on the lookout for a different taste experience, this place might pique your interest, as they do offer a variety of unexpected flavors that you wouldn't find at your run-of-the-mill wing spot. However, there are a couple of factors that might make you think twice. First and foremost, the pricing. The wings at Dream Wings are notably overpriced for the quality and portions you receive. It's a bit disappointing when you consider the value aspect, especially if you're dining with a larger group or have a sizable appetite. Moreover, the wait time was another significant downside to my visit. I found myself waiting for an hour before I could dive into my meal. Such a long wait time for wings — even unique or gourmet ones — is a tough pill to swallow and certainly detracts from the overall dining experience. It's worth considering how much time you're willing to invest in your meal before deciding to dine here. In conclusion, if you have the patience, are curious about trying wings with a twist, and don't mind paying a premium, Dream Wings could be worth a visit. However, for those who value more traditional wing experiences, reasonable prices, and quicker service, there might be other local spots that will better meet your expectations. Dream Wings has the potential, but it may not be the first choice for everyone.

Update: Been back a few times since my first review. Bumped it up to 5stars since the people there are so friendly the food is so good. Had the “tenders” for the first time. These things are HUGE. I asked the lady and she said they are breast cut into tenders. Best wings and tenders in Houston. This place has been on my radar for a while. Grabbed a ten piewith Cajun fries. The Cajun fries are thick and the seasoning well. The wings are huge. In the photo, the container they are in is a large entree size. They are fat, crispy and juicy. Cooked perfect. With ten wings you get two sauces. I chose Big Buffalo and Marley. Big Buffalo is the hot level of regular buffalo wing sauce. IMO it was not hot, but good flavor. The Marley said it was a sauced wing, but was dry. It had great flavor. It tasted like a well seasoned Thanksgiving turkey. Marley....herbs. Good, just not what expecting. I was expecting Jamaican flavors. To wash it down I had a Dream Juice. Tasted like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Way too sweet for me. I usually drink water, so this is a problem with my taste buds, not the drink. The staff was real nice. Smiled a lot. The restaurant was really clean too. If I had to say anything negative, it would be no descriptions on the menu. I had to ask what everything was. The other would be ketchup. They have ketchup packets, but they carry the basket from table to table. With the whole COVID situation they should keep them in the back and give it out individually. Or in containers like the blue cheese. Overall, great food and service. I will definitely be back.

Best wings in Houston, hands down.

First, when you walk in, they welcome you like no place you have every been. They are super friendly, everyone on the staff is saying hi. Is it a customer service thing? Yes, of course. But it's not your typical "Hi, welcome to..." greeting that you get. These people are truly happy to be there and to be sharing their food with you. They make you feel like you want to be there. If you leave this place in a bad mood....well, then that's on you.

I asked the young lady how big their wings were. She told me they were normal sized. Ok, now we are all used to the local wing places that give you those tiny wings with little to no meat. So, thinking that's what they had, I ordered 10 of the Big Buffalo flavor. When they basket came out, I thought to myself, "Oh....you went overboard big guy." Those wings are NOT the normal wings you get at other restaurants. These are the wings that you pick up in the meat department at the grocery store. Big and meaty. Now, I also thought the Big Buffalo wouldn't be that hot. Well, again....big guy overshot himself on this one. Those things will get your attention. Not hot for the sake of being hot. But hot with a good flavor. That, and the wings were crispy and juicy at the same time, without being greasy. I left without having that nasty greasy gut feeling I get when I go to other places. I got the 10 piece all drums, fries, and a drink for about $20. And I took half of it home. I was stuffed.

Overall: Great wings. Great value. Great staff. I really, really hope people crowd this place and keep them in business. These are the type of people whose business I want to support and I want that restaurant to be successful so that my kids and I will have a great wings place to go to for...

I did several pick ups from this restaurant for UBER EATS. I finally decided to try it myself. The staff has always been great when doing pick ups so I already knew the customer service was to my standard..... which is; I don’t pay for bad service. Let me tell you....the price first of all is SUPERIOR! You can get a special that includes 2 HUGE tenders, some traditional wings, fries and a drink for $11. Kids can eat off this or 2 adults can (at least my family could) with no problems. That’s one big appetite and one medium appetite to put things in perspective. The DREAM JUICE is sooooo good. It’s like getting a kool cup from The kool cup lady in the neighborhood. Puts me in the memory of my childhood when I drink it so that’s really nice. You can choose two flavors on the wings and I’ve tried just about all of them and haven’t had one I didn’t like yet. The fries are good. Only thing is the food is made to order so it does take a while and I always get them extra crispy and they are kind enough to actually have the additional fry time on the menu board. I always know it will be a little 15-20 min wait so I just park and turn my music on and roll the windows down. They do have online ordering and I do believe calls Over the phone but don’t hold me to that. I haven’t had the pleasure of dining in due to COVID so I’m not sure about their patio experience and the ambiance in that regard. From the front everything always looks very clean and the desserts look like they are to die for as well. The have nice size tables available with large booths and nice decor. The parking lot is arranged a little odd but I’ve never had trouble with availability of spots. Definitely a go to if you love chicken wings!!! And an extra bonus to support black...
