I ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts this morning. I asked for a sour dough sandwich with sausage instead of bacon and also a carmel frozen coffee with extra cream no whip. When I received my order it was a ice carmel and a sour dough sandwich with bacon. Before I received my sandwich i asked the lady working drive through “was it sausage instead of bacon”? She told me yes. When i check the sandwich it was bacon when she told me it was not bacon. So i went inside the Dunkin’ Donuts to tell them my whole order is wrong very calmly. As i am waiting for both my orders to be remade, they gave me a refund for my 3 dollar drink but told me i had to pay 5 almost 6 dollars for my new drink. I will not be coming back for service here because if i was to believe the lady in drive through and not checked my food it would of been wrong when i went to work(i could have been allergic). Also i was telling the drive through working my drink was not correct but she did not insist to give me my correct order that I usually get when I go to Dunkin’ Donuts(at first i was going to drive off and not make it a big deal but when i seen my sandwich not correct i was pretty disappointed). Read moreI go to the Dunkin on Bellaire or Westgreen & i10 every day and I always order through the app. Unfortunately, I had to go to the Shepard location 11/6 because the my regulars were out of the cookie butter cold brew.
I ordered the cookie butter cold brew & a free strawberry sprinkle donut. I get to the window…my drink & cold foam looks watered down and they don’t have strawberry or vanilla sprinkle donuts. They only had 3 classic donuts available..(chocolate, pumpkin and something else…all flavors I don’t like) so I said I didn’t want any donut anymore. No biggie…it was supposed to be free anyway.
I tell the drive thru associate to add more cold foam because it’s watery and I can tell my drink has been sitting. She adds very little but with an attitude and it still looked watery. She also hands me my drink without the cookie crumble and when I asked where was it…she irritably said they didn’t have any. The associate was short tempered, and clearly annoyed so I pulled off. And of course my drink tastes bad. If you don’t have something REMOVE IT FROM THE APP. And if you don’t like your job, find another one. Simple.

First experience: Order was completely wrong. The coffee I ordered had the wrong milk and I received the wrong donut (how do you mess up a donut order). But hey, they were busy, people make mistakes, I get it. No biggie. Manager ended up getting mad at me and blaming me for probably messing up my own order when I calmly explained that my coffee wasn't made right. Whatever ¯(ツ)/¯. Again, bad experiences happen sometimes. I didn't leave a bad review or anything.
Second experience: They really didn't have too much business. Like three cars in the drive-thru. STILL took a good while to get my coffee. Went pretty early in the day and they didn't have (or maybe had already run out of) oat milk. Feels like that shouldn't happen so early in the day for a chain like Dunkin. Got to the window and almost got charged for an order I had already placed and paid for online. Interaction with the employee was not the best.
