As someone that works at a coffee shop this is by far one of the best coffee shops I’ve visited in Houston. Great to wfh, great to study, amazing outdoor seating and most of all great staff which is always a plus. I visited on 02/25 and it was so good that I came back the next day and it was just as amazing! Actually this place is so good that I needed to leave a review and I don’t usually leave reviews

Great place to study - Matcha latte had fantastic matcha flavor and wasn’t sweet, plenty of places to sit (few charge ports though) in an aesthetic space, floor-to ceiling windows let in plethora of natural light, good food, and you can knockout a workout if you’re into Pilates. I wish they’d offer more charge ports and cushions as only the booth has cushioned seats.

Ordered the sandwich with bacon. Came out with no bacon after a 30 minute wait. Didn’t get the latte I ordered had to go ask inside. The food delivery girl was also rude when I politely asked about the latte. Nice spot but they can’t handle the Saturday rush yet.

It takes a lot for me to write reviews. The food/service either has to be absolutely amazing or absolutely terrible for me to write a review. In this case, I had a terrible experience.

If it's your first time taking their Reformer Pilates, you HAVE to arrive to class TEN minutes early to receive a mandatory instructional session with the instructor. However, my class was at 11:45 and they sent an email about all the instructions at 10:54. Therefore, I arrived to the studio exactly at 11:45 only to be denied entry, which is fair enough (although extra annoying since I signed up to take the class with my friend who was also a new client and arrived FIVE minutes before class started).

Despite being very annoyed, I let it go and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to reschedule me to a different day at 12:45 with no cancellation fee. Two days later, I show up at 12:33 and check in. I asked about the mandatory 10 minute training and she said I could just sit and they would call me when it's time. I sit there until 12:43 and finally ask the woman if I am going to get shown the tutorial by the instructor. The woman leads me into the studio and again, I ask about the tutorial. She said she would let the instructor know that she has to show me how to use the reformer. The instructor comes in and begins class, no tutorial given to me. I spent the entire class very confused and lost.

I honestly don't really care that I wasn't given a tutorial, but I find it very annoying that I was denied entry the first time for basically no reason, since, CLEARLY, the ten minute tutorial was NOT...

I have been eagerly awaiting Duo’s arrival in our community here at Autry Park, and they have not disappointed! The coffee shop and studio has such a good vibe, it’s a great place to start your morning or hang out for a bit! I love the coffee and I’ve really enjoyed the food as well, the pastries are delicious and I love the breakfast tacos. Also, I have absolutely loved the Pilates classes I’ve taken so far. They are a great workout, and the instructors are great. The staff is always super friendly and cheerful at both the studio and the coffee shop, and the customer service has been consistently great.

I also wanted to add a quick personal note. I was in the coffee shop today waiting for my latte when a male customer suddenly started complaining, and then berating, the very lovely and cheerful barista. The barista handled it incredibly well, but another customer and I both stepped in to tell the guy who was complaining to knock it off. After he left, another employee, who I believe was the manager, came over to thank us profusely (even though it wasn’t necessary, we were just doing what good people should do!) and even gave us a coupon for a free coffee. I share this not because I want to brag about being a good person or whatever, but because her gesture showed to me that she is a manager (and Duo is a company) who genuinely cares about her (and their) employees. We don’t see enough folks appreciating and caring for their employees nowadays, and it was really nice to see. She (and Duo) have guaranteed my future business after that (not that it was ever...

Y’all, I truly love it here. From the front staff to the instructors, the vibes are always on point and the aesthetics? Perfection. Every single instructor brings something special—shoutout to Jasmine, Sally, Alexa, and Kyemeko—10/10 across the board.

Kyemeko is the definition of professionalism. The mic went out mid-class and she still had us pushing even harder. I leave every class feeling like I can fly. Highly recommend—just don’t take my seat, okay? Thanks!

Also, major love to my front desk girly Sam—love you mucho. She’s the first face you see and always sets the tone with the best energy, the biggest smile, and the kind of vibe that makes you feel like you belong the second you walk in.

And Jasmine? That girl does not play. Her classes are fire—challenging in the best way, perfectly paced, and she somehow always knows just when to push you. She’s a star and makes you want to show up as your best. Can’t wait for Strike to be back in action!

Kelly’s so sweet too—always kind and encouraging!

In conclusion: I love it here, and my girls...
