Yesterday 04/24/2025 I went in and ordered a pizza to go I paid 54.11 for that pizza I waited 1 1/2 hours I asked the employee when it would be done all he said it takes a while because it a big pizza I had already been waiting 30 min I walk outside and go back to my car and notice my daughter panicking she said they baby is throwing up and had fever I go back inside and tell the manager I need to leave I needed to get my grand daughter to a hospital he said well you’re gonna have to wait we don’t do refunds he passes by me pulls the box off the wall on display to put my pizza in because he didn’t have a box big enough for the pizza I ordered I then demanded to speak to his manager the manager he calls the manager on the phone I tell the manager I have a emergency I need to leave I want my money back he tells me well the pizza is coming I can’t give you your money I say “Your employee just pulled the display box off the wall to put food in no I don’t want the pizza anymore give me my money”he tells the employee to put him on face time to show him how to do a refund I got there at 5:29 pm and didn’t leave the store till 7:30 DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IT IS THE WORST AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TRAINED TO HADDLE SITUATIONS THEY ARE LITERALLY CALLING THE MANAGER AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE District Manager Information they say we don’t have one WHAT IS THE DEAL CiCiS You have really ran your business to the ground I worked for this company and we never had such a dirty store or staff you really don’t care who you put in the stores these days...
Read moreI showed up at 12:15 on a Friday. Little to no pizza available on the display, the only thing left was the scraps no one wanted. Every slice of pizza I ate was cold, old and stale. Multiple customers just standing with plates, walking around looking for actual food to eat. Every single table was dirty, no where clean for customers to eat. 3 or 4 sodas out of service, no Parmesan cheese packs at the condiment stand you have to ask at the counter and the dude gave me a handful of DRIPPING, SOAKED AND WET cheese packets from somewhere under the cold well. Cinnamon rolls stale and dry, I purposely took the rest of the entire platter but did not eat them just to force the staff to make a fresh batch. Also the faucet isn’t even attacked to the sink in the men’s restroom. Pasta was stale and dark, 85% old as they’re mixing new noodles with ancient batches (some noodles can last from open to close in this fashion).
After leaving this restaurant I felt that I completely wasted my money. No hot food, not enough food to accommodate the flow of business, The water coming out of the fountain tasted like chemicals as well, I’m almost positive that ice machine will not pass a health code inspection if I choose to report this restaurant.
This CiCi’s pizza has just about everything wrong with it that you could imagine, the only credit I will give them is a nice and friendly staff. I will never be back and I will warn others to never eat here moving forward. Go somewhere else that serves hot food fast and cleans...
Read moreHave been going to this location for several years as it is close to where I work. Over the last year, it has gone downhill. The guys and I had just about written this location off as a frequented lunch stop, but we were pressed for time today and decided to give it another try. We were disappointed to say the least, except that today I noticed that there were a couple of Cici's higher ups sitting at a table in the corner. The buffet ended up being empty during this visit, not due to lack of work the one cook was doing, he was hustling, but the fact that there were only 2 employees there working. I saw one of the guys get up from the corner table and go start taking pics of the buffet line, so I flagged him over and gave him my opinion of the current management. Come to find out, he is the Director of Operations for this area and was there to check out the bad reviews, so he witnessed it first hand. He was extremely friendly and gracious of our input. After he was finished talking with us, he went and started cleaning tables!! This man is dedicated to his job! I hope he does get the place turned around, he gave me his business card and asked me to call if there were any other problems we notice in the future. He also gave me and my entire table of co workers a comp card for a free buffet. I will be going back to check it out, and if it isn't up to par, I will definitely give him a call. GOOD LUCK CRAIG G.
