Hello , I’m very disappointed in Fadi’s today because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been having really bad experiences lately with the chubby looking Lady around 40-50 years . She’s absolutely Disrespectful, her attitude is DISGUSTING. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers and she should be placed at the bread station so she won’t talk to anyone since she doesn’t know how to treat people . I noticed everytime I enter the restaurant she’s looking at me crazy or keeping an eye on me it’s weird , it’s very disrespectful for someone who comes here like 3 times a week . She decides to yell at me over some “ jalapeños “ that literally cost $50 cent . So when I pulled up to the drive thru she didn’t even let me finish adding what I want to my order and she closed the window on me. I got home and seen my jalapeños wasn’t in my bag so I drove back with the food but I didn’t have my receipt so I told her hey I haven’t left here for 15 minutes but you forgot my jalapeños and she start screaming saying no I didn’t see you through here your lying and so I showed her my bag of food and asked her nicely can she pull out the receipt to see if I paid for the jalapeños because if I didn’t then I would pay for them so I can get it and she started yelling like a lose dog . So I asked her to pull out the receipts and she slammed her hand screaming telling me the machine is broke and i asked her how if she just had a customer before me . And so I asked for her manager and that’s when she finally printed a receipt yelling at me saying “ WHERE DID YOU PAY THE JALAPEÑOS AT “ and so her manager came and I explained to him and he told me from his own mouth that she is like that and I told him it’s not right how disrespectful she is to there customers and while I’m talking to the manager she’s putting her ears on the window trying to listen and screaming at me asking “ WHAT DID YOU SAY HUH ?? WHAT DID YOU SAY “ acting like a inmate in a cell. So that’s when the manager pushed her away and kept talking to me . And so he went and got me some jalapeños and said to not worry about it and I told him I would like to pay for it so she wouldn’t think I’m broke or anything. THIS BEHAVIOR WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL CHANGE LOCATIONS . I will no longer step another foot at this fadis until I know she isn’t there anymore. The name on my receipt was “ZOUHOUR OMAR “. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HER ACTIONS SHE MADE ME FEEL SO...
Read moreI would like to warn anyone who is considering a delivery from Fadi's for an event.
If you do decide to have them deliver food, divide your guests by 3 and order for that number. I ordered for 20 and ended up with food for 60. That is just a waste of money.
Also, make sure they write down the correct date in several places on your order. They tried to deliver my food a week early. As in, the employee was ringing my doorbell with a truck full of food in the driveway, a week before my event.
Do not expect the person who delivers the food to help at all with setup. This is why I call it "delivery" instead of "Catering," which is what their website calls it. Their employee dumped all of that "gourmet" food, still wrapped in plastic, onto my buffet table and walked away.
Lastly, and most importantly, DEMAND A WRITTEN INVOICE when you place the order. When I went to place my order, I had to ask the manager for a total, and because I was distracted, I didn't ask for a written invoice. The total the manager gave me was $225 but when the employee showed up with the food, the bill she had was $404. It was my husband's birthday party, so I didn't make a scene by arguing. When I contacted Fadi's for a resolution, they refused to refund the difference because I did not have proof. I had let the manager put me at ease about everything, and I made the mistake of trusting his word.
Overall I found their service to be unprofessional and amateur. In my career, I have ordered catering for both board meetings and informal meetings, and an automatic written invoice is the norm, as is assistance in setting up the food. And of course, getting the date right is essential! At Fadi's, though, you don't get any of these things. The food is too expensive to settle for so many mistakes. I can't imagine having to deal with these issues in a more stressful situation such as a corporate luncheon or a...
Read moreThis is by far the best Fadi's I have been to! Also - Fadi's, in my opinion, is the best Lebanese restaurant I have had in Houston! It is delicious! I never get enough of it (that's a personal problem sometimes lol!)! It is always super clean and spotless! I also love the people who work here. The people who work there are absolutely AMAZING! every single one of them! Also - Mohammad and Ghaith are great team leaders and they make this place even more great! Of course all the managers are also great and they always pay a lot of attention to the customers. I love eating here and I try to come a couple times a week. I do have a blast every time I here 😌 The food is delicious and since I have a special diet, they are okay with making me my own tabbouleh without gluten! I also got to try a new creation that is being tested - tabbouleh with quinoa and it was delicious. They always give me plenty of food and everything is always fresh and tasty! I love that the food has a lot if authenticity to it but there are also a lot of options made with a twist to satisfy everybody's taste buds! I always see people from all over the world eating at Fadi's. Everybody I know and work with loves it too! Even the vegetarians because it gives them so many options! I am addicted to the delicious black tea with cinnamon and mint!!! It is so yummy and they give it out for free! How awesome is that! This is my favorite place - I absolutely love...
