Imma just give pros and cons…

Pros: • Making a reservation was easy. (Minus trying to call and give a heads up that we were running late because that’s what the “policy” says to do but no one answers the phone and even ended one of our calls. Then we arrive and 3 girls at the host desk all on their phones, not even a “hello/welcome”.) • Esthetic was very cute and creates a chill atmosphere. They did a nice job with that.

Indifferent: • Cocktails were mid. Inconsistent.

Cons: • Energy of the girls were so low. I understand we are human and we all have them days or even just don’t like our places of work. But damn… • Our server gave very much, I don’t care about customer retention. She disappeared so much it reminded me of my daddy issues lol Every time I saw her she was sitting down at the host stand on her phone I even had to walk up to her and inform her we would like to order (we ordered more food, hookah, Veuve Clicquot, more shots etc I paid almost $700) simply tryna support a business … I’m underwhelmed. • They give you a 2 hour time slot but this should not be a policy if your waitresses are close to non existent there. • The fact that it’s tip pooled and while we waited more than 15 minute to give her our first order not even one other waitress did a little “hey are you being helped?” Or SOMETHING. You’d think there was some teamwork but nah.

Idk man… I worked NYC nightlife for years and I pride myself in taking good care of who’s taking care of me so it was a huge turnoff tbh. Especially with a group of three of us being auto-grated when the service deserved way less than 20% but hey… getcho money girl.

You can tell this is the tone the management/owner have set. Otherwise they would clean house and make sure they have a solid foundation of a team.

I decided I wasn’t going to ruin the mood and took care of the bill for me and my girls.

Hope they improve because it’s a cute spot. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I decided to try this location after seeing a recommendation on Instagram. I thought the inside was very cute and would be a good vibe. I attempted to book a table by email but did not receive a response. I would assume the best way to book a table would be through the open table app. I did appreciate that there was a security guard at the door, who was very friendly while checking bags and IDs. The lounge is in a shopping strip off Westheimer (a very busy area). When we arrived, unfortunately the inside seats were all taken so we were offered a seat out on the Patio. I feel like if it were a little warmer than it was last night, the patio is still a nice place to relax. The decor is chic and the music is just right. However, at the first table we sat at, we were a little far from the heat lamps and the decorative table lamp was broken. A quick fix when we alerted one of the gentleman on staff, who kindly moved tables and heat lamps around so we could be comfortable. I did notice some frustration on behalf of our server however. I felt like we were inconveniencing her by needing more time to look at the menu while playing musical chairs with our table. And if we needed anything extra I felt like I was embarrassed to ask, which is a little disappointing at a place where a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. As for the food I ordered a Cajun pasta with salmon, which was pretty good for lounge food, as were the southwest egg rolls. Where do I start first we have made reservations to 2 to sit indoors we got there on time of our reservations and was told no seats indoors so we had to sit outside mind you it’s hot and we are sweating. Our waitress didn’t come see us for 15mins didn’t offer water nothing. We had to flag her down to ask to order drinks. When we flagged her down we order everything all at once because we saw it may take some time 15 mins past nothing now 25 mines past and no drink the waitress came around said our drinks is coming 5 mins later she asked did we want to order a drink which we were confused because we did put in for our drinks. She came back with the wrong drink so i had to flag another waitress to inform them my drink was wrong which they gave me the correct drink and finally brought out the hookah that we order over 30mins ago. Took an hour food came out mash potatoes was like warm so it may put food was sitting for a while. We were offered a complimentary dessert which we do not eat cheesecake so we told them we do not eat. We end up speaking to the manager which she gave us 25% off our bill but when the bill came out the waitress charged us for the free complimentary cheesecake like this was the worse experience ever. I never had to deal with so much errors in a restaurant. This was my first and last never will i return to this establishment. People save your time and money.
