Flaming Flare 锦川里 (Temporary Profile) — Restaurant in Houston

I'm always in search for new and exciting food dishes, or simply delicious foods of all genres, so I stumbled upon this place after church one Sunday in April. I wasn't really sure what I had a taste for so I selected a favorite from another restaurant from the past. Hmm, it wasn't exactly what I wanted. No problem. The lady, who was working alone at the time was kind and courteous and agreed to get what I desired. I selected the Dry Rub Chili Chicken, and the Dry Rub Baby Pork Ribs. WOW! I've been a fan of this place every since. Those flavors and the perfection given toward preparation exceeded my imagination. You can't beat good food, but I'd be amiss not to mention good service and friendliness and kindness beyond compare! My apologies to the Mrs., because I can't remember her name, but she was the only lady I've seen there; so to her, Danny, David and the entire Staff, "Two Thumbs Up!"
