This is NOT a Days Inn anymore. It’s the Grand Villa Inn. Google advertised Days in for 64 bucks, found out it was this place, and it was 85. Was exhausted from driving and really didn’t want to stop anywhere else. The attitude was wack. Exhaustion really makes you appreciate the small things, so I’ll show you the small things I found in my room. Felt like someone else’s room honestly! Haha never again. Maybe leaving Days Inn on the map is a marketing ploy.

Definitely not worth $60 a night... place needs tons of maintenance, it's really bad, stains on the bedspread, mold in the shower. Will update when I check the breakfast tomorrow Update: not an extensive breakfast it's meh Receptionist should not be working in the service industry, zero enthusiasm. Day person should not be blaring crazy things on his radio (I'm really trying to stay PC on this review)

I stayed there for 2 nights. Clean room, good bathroom furniture. Several food options nearby. The service at the front desk was friendly. Maybe if there were more breakfast options I’d give it 5. A ver good option for a night in Houston.

Overall not a bad hotel, but also not the best for those looking to stay at an affordable hotel for a day or two. Breakfast quality is limited but overall enjoyable. I did unfortunately have an accident where I left my wallet in the room and when returning back to my room more than have of my money was gone. Mind you I get back to the room around 1am, I got reported it to the man in lobby yet he claims that I must wait for the manger in the morning. Next morning I go, another man in lobby (not the manager) says he’ll investigate who was working but he assured that he trust the cleaners and when cleaning the restroom they leave the front door open. He’s basically saying that it must had been some stranger but I find that hard to believe because I had an iPad and other valuable items. Obviously someone robbery you wouldn’t care, rather than a maid who won’t make it seem obvious. An hour later, I had to check out and to go a conference. I advised the clerk that I was leaving and what was gonna happen but he said “I’ll tell the manager”. Yet this did not help me get my hard earned money back to me. I did not reach out of anger, yet thought positive as if they were going to return the money to me when checking the camera for who it was. Although I was...

I had an unbelievably difficult time finding an affordable room, every time I thought I found one the reviews swayed me away. So this was extremely last minute I was already in Houston when I reserved this room. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and the mattress had all the fittings paddings and what not I know that bed bugs in hotels are a big thing I don't really travel a lot but I know this so I checked before getting settled and nothing I didn't see not one critter in my room whole stay. The room had an adorable mini fridge and microwave I personally don't have a microwave but enjoy the convenience for trips so I had purchased some micro meals and found it a bit difficult but worked out in the end. It's located in what seems to be a great neighborhood. Not too from the galleria either. Check out and check in were a breeze. I personally didn't eat breakfast but my kids did I believe it was waffles, toast, sweet breads, bananas and some on the go snacks. Office and food court were nice and clean. When I visit again I will definitely now know where to stay. Wish I took photos I was definitely very pleased. Thank you...

Rooms are clean. Spacious. Price is expensive for a motel. This is of course not a Hotel. However, the manager or workers are very unprofessional. We pay for a breakfast but they give small water, few biscuits lol. Even if you do remodeling inside, you should get a legit breakfast / being Tacos or croissant and be generous not stingy.

Construction workers who also dont speak any English word, worked outside, black dots and asphalt style powdery all over the outside of the Lobby and all my car. The manager didnt want to go out and check. And she was yelling over the phone - that if I dont like I can leave.

She tries to run from a problem. She doesnt want a problem. While, she just need to follow policies and admit this dirt on my car need to be paid by them so I wash it.

Btw, she said she called the Police too! Lol while she was the one yelling and negative and not agreeing to see the dirts while all the roads outside the office is the same dirt (i have video not only picture).

This review to be edited later depending on how management will...
