Discovering Gorditas and La Bala Tacos was like finding a hidden culinary gem! I recently had the pleasure of trying their street tacos and quesadillas, both made with beef fajita, and I was blown away. The beef fajita was exceptionally tender, elevating the street tacos to a whole new level. They were generously topped with fresh cilantro, onions, a dollop of sour cream, and slices of avocado – a delightful mix of flavors and textures.

The quesadilla, on the other hand, was a hearty portion, filled with the same delicious beef fajita. It was perfectly cooked, with a balance of cheese and meat that was just right. Each bite was a delightful experience, making it one of the best quesadillas I've had in ages.

While this was a to-go order, so I can't comment on the atmosphere or service, the quality of the food alone has left a lasting impression. It's rare to find Mexican cuisine this authentic and flavorful. Gorditas and La Bala Tacos has set a new standard for me, and I can confidently say it's some of the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. Can't wait to visit again and explore more...

I ordered some breakfast and it was slow and it still took 30 min for eggs and beans to come out . I am in the restaurant industry and when I see 4 cooks Cooking and it still takes 30 min for eggs to Come out there’s a problem . This is my 3rd time eating here and it’s always a long wait . O and the potatoes were raw . Definitely won’t be here again. Just got a response from the owner saying I am not the only person in the world and asking if I can understand that or no lol . As a GM myself I would suggest the owner learn how to talk to customers and yes I know that I am not the only order but again when there is 4 cooks and only 3 tickets on the board waiting 30 min is not good enough. This place has terrible customer service I ordered 2 tacos and after 40min I asked how much longer would it take the cashier said if you now you don’t have time to wait you should have gone to La Michoacana across the street, so I said exactly I should have they have better customer service, better tasting food, and are 10times faster do I left they need my money more than I do. Never going back again. Owner really needs to clean up the staff or he will definitely fail you can only treat people wrong so many times until we all refuse to come back.I forgot to mention that I had an arroz con leche while I waited and its made out of the left over rice.
