Grade A Daiquiris — Restaurant in Houston

I would give this place Zero stars if I could. I have been going there since March 2023. Have never received a free drink even tho I have asked about my check in. Went yesterday 12/3/23 and was informed that not only have my stars been redeemed, but I have 4 accounts under my name and phone number. Not possible. Was told that I would receive my stars for my purchase yesterday and still haven’t. Called just now at 8:15 pm on 12/4/23 and no answer. That’s not the way to keep your business going. But from here on out, I will not be returning here because no matter how much you purchase, you never get your perks. I will go to the other places, where I am appreciated.

Yo let me tell you something, the manager I apologize for not remembering the name but he had great customer service helped me pick out a drink and everything. Besides that customer service was emasculate, grade a daqiquiris I insist that man needs a promotion. That was the best services I’ve had anywhere. To anyone out there I recommend this place 100% trust me you won’t be disappointed. Everyone is very respectful. But whoever own this store the manager needs a promotion. Second time I’ve driven out of my way to come here and they are not open during open hours…first time was a week or so ago..the Daquiris are good when you can get them. Ive watched other customers come and pull off both times due to the business not being open after opening times..its 12:35p right now and theyre still not open..I actually came at 12:16p today and doubled back and still not open../supposed to be open at 12p..how can we support Black Business when theyre not open at the times they’re supposed to be…Premier Daquiris never has this issue. Sadly I wont waste time driving across town again. Best...
