KFC — Restaurant in Houston

I just went there Tonite 3/2/19 and I order threw the drive threw. As I came to the window the lady said that they were waiting chicken it would be about 5 min she asked me to pull around and she would bring it out to me... I had no problem with that what so ever. I understand I work in a restaurant. I wait for my food for 10 min finally I went inside and they were just then make in my order.. I asked the young man could i get a plastic bag to put the brown bag in as he did that he THREW MY FOOD INTO THE BAG AND THEN THREW IT ONTO THE COUNTER AN WALK AWAY.. I THEN TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SO RUDE HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME AND KEPTED WALKING AWAY. SO I ASKED IF THE MANGER WAS AROUND HE SAID VERY RUDLY YES SHE RIGHT THERE WANNA TALK TO HER I TOLD YES I WOULD LIKE TO... BUT AS HE TOLD HER I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH HER HE SAID THE WHITE LADY OUT THERE WANTS TO TALK TO U.. I FOUND THAT VERY RUDE AN A RACE THING.. THEN ALL THE MANGER COULD SAY WAS I WILL SPEAK WITH HIM AND I GAVE U TWO EXRA COOKIE FOR UR WAIT.. ALL IM SAYING IS THAT IF YOU DONT LIKE UR JOB THEN U NEED TO FIND A NEW ONE BC WORKING IN FAST FOOD OR ANY RESTRAINT U NEED TO BE NICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.... I WILL BE GOING THE...

I came through the drive-through to get a meal and I drove all the way home ready to eat. I open the box and items were missing the drink taste like water and which I ordered a fruit punch. So I called and the manager answered and told me to drive all the way back to, switch out the meal. I’m not driving all the way back from almost North Houston just to go to that KFC to fix with. They made a mistake on Unless he’s giving me gas as well. Why not just say “Hey the next time in this area, we can get you a meal because that was our mistake “or next time you’re in our area we can give you some money off your next meal Can I take your name down?” But no I didn’t get that. I got drive all the way back.🤦🏾‍♂️. This is horrible...

I order a whole family meal a side was missing I had Also order a chicken sandwich meal and the whole meal was missing when I called to complain I was told what you want me to do about it and hung up on me I didn’t want to go back it was already late and my family was already eating what we had got. I called once again when he hung up I asked again so how you going to resolve the problem and once again he said I don’t know what you want me to do and hung up I gave up I didn’t even go back for my refund nor food. This place is very rude and it was my first time buying from there. If they don’t want to work why...
