Guys I just would like to tell you then I've been going to this place for quite a while and I stopped going for a few years six or seven and I noticed that the place got renovated and it was very nice but something that that has not changed it is this lady's on the bar that like to steal from people and that's why it now it got this place has low rating because of this ladies! Management need to do something about it or ownership as well because they don't know why in reality they got going on in the other bar especially because this ladies think that because we people drink and we don't pay attention at what they do it is very very very difficult for people to find out until they get the bill but anyways few weeks ago I went to this place and I stepped outside because I have to take a call the lady one of the girls they was not my server went outside towards me and tell me that I have to leave a card on inside with we then just in case I have to go and do or leave or whatever The point is that there's this girl named Daniela who I gave her a whole confident my whole wallet not just the card My whole wallet and I decided to go right back inside with her and I saw her taking a photo of my credit card and had dinner to deny it when I'm looking at her and I asked her why did she do that not just that after a while she said she did it but after a while I was talking to the officer about something else security officer and she approached and start saying something of course guilt has something to do with it said something about I don't know what it should even talking about besides I slide the car I swiped the card and they didn't even have money it was canceled like without and then she did a smurk like whatever you Don't even have cash because I've had canceled way before she came to me because it took them a long time when I switch cards anyways to make a long story short here's the picture and be careful there because obviously the food is good but nothing has changed it doesn't matter how much you want to remodel the place That's not going to change if you keep on stealing from the people bad business and here are the photos The first photo you see that's when I had told them to give me the card! that she took a picture of and it took them a long time for them to give it back The second one is when she was I was calling her name and she was ignoring me and there is her phone her pink phone when she took a picture of it and what gave her the reason to...
Read moreSo my experience here chilos wasnt my first time there. And to be honest I know it's either a hit or miss. I went inside and I wasn't greeted, I had to introduce myself to get attention. Then I asked if I could eat outside listening to the live band. From there I had ordered a beer which the waiter wanted me to pay upfront but I told her I wanted to eat which then she didn't tell me to pay. However, before I could eat I had to pay, even without seeing whether my food was to my liking or not. I mean this isn't a taco truck where you pay upfront.. This is a restaurant! This was a horrible experience for me because as a customer at a restaurant you eat first and then pay, not pay before you eat. That is what customer service is for, if the customer is always right then why is he or she made pay before they even see their food. It's not like Pappas BBQ where you pay and wait at the register for your food but you know what you get, on the other hand Chilos made me pay upfront like a taco truck, which if I wanted that I would of went to a taco truck but I didn't go for that. Sadly, I would have gave this at least a four star review if they hadnt made me pay beforehand... Now I can imagine people have walked out before and left all the unpaid money onto the waiter.. however that is no excuse to make customers pay before they even see their food that's not how restaurant businesses work. Read moreI have been to Chilos on several occasions and they have all been great experiences. Except for today. I am beyond livid! I ordered a dish that I normally order. Except this time it had crab and it was a much smaller portion. (I ordered the “#26 Pasta Marinera”) I simply made a comment that the portion was much smaller and mentioned the crab. The waitress was very respectful and offered to get the manager . And this is where is issue begins. Jorge, the manager, comes out and says that the food is measured in “bags” so it’s always the same amount. He then proceeded to reach across me and grabs my fork and spoon and starts to take the plate away from me. Never did I mention that I no longer wanted the plate. I was actually about to tell him that it’s fine I’ll just keep the plate. I would just make a mental note to not order it next time. I said to him “why are you grabbing my plate?” to which he responded “well, you don’t want it” and just left with my plate.
The fact that he reached across me without any warning is not acceptable.
I will never be coming back and I’ll be sure to let others know of the horrible...
