Ike's BBQ (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

First off ima be very honest, there will be criticism at its finest so please don't take it the wrong way just do better...ima keep it 100 and Respectfully hopefully it will help yall in the long run because there is work needed to be done. If you can't handle the heat stay out the kitchen because this profession is not for you. First off customer service and appearance was horrible, on the phone and drinking a alchohol beverage and feeling irritated on the job is a Red Flag. Not paying attention to other customers walking up being rude and losing customers at the same time shouldn't be acceptable. I LOVE supporting Black owned businesses but some need a little bit of help with feedback. This was my first Time trying Ikes bbq and the food was horrible! I've been to other bbq trucks before and the food be fresh off the pit HOT! and ready to serve. The lady was getting food out the cooler that was cold and warming it up in a microwave and was still cold. The meat just tasted like smoked meat no flavor and I personally didn't like the sausage. Let me get down to the $15 dollar turkey leg , after 3 bites ..I threw it to a dog.. it was cold..tasted like it was baked with liquid smoke flavor on it was Horrible!!! That potato salad was warm and it was Sam's potato salad I seen the label..the potato salad needs to be cold...it can go bad after so long sitting out in heat. The rice was mushy but the only thing that was hot and I personally didn't like the dirty rice...it reminds me of buds and Watkins dirty rice...not my cup of tea. I love to see my people win but we gotta do better. I TRIED THIS PLACE AGAIN ON SATURDAY AND THE SAME UNSOCIABLE BAD GIVING SERVICE LADY WAS THERE AGAIN !!!! I WALK UP TO THE COUNTER IT TOOK HER 5 TO 6 MINUTES TO CUT THE ONIONS AND GET UP AND COME TO THE WINDOW SHE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING BUT I STILL SPENT 35 BUCKS AND GOT THE BEAST. The ribs were really dry and tough. I must have caught them on a bad day because the food that day was not good. I remember how barbecue use to actually be smothered in barbecue sauce and it would be everywhere. I ended up adding my own sauce once I got home. I ordered a 3-meat plate (chicken, ribs, sausage) and I got a good amount of food but not $34 worth. The sausage was dry and had a funny taste kinda like a few days old taste; same thing with the mac 'n cheese... tasted slightly spoiled. I didn't like the potato salad either.
