As a continuous Jack in the box patron, I wanted to report the unsatisfactory, rude, and disrespectful treatment that I received from a drive thru window Cashier/Manager (other colleagues said Maria) on 06/04/24 around 9:30 -10pm located @3601 Old Spanish Trail, Houston,Tx. Initially, I asked if the restaurant still sold either the Bacon and cheese potato wedges or Chili and Cheese fries. The Cashier replied that the wedges weren’t being sold, but they sold the C/C Curly Fries. I noticed that I had Chili flavored fries immediately after leaving the parking lot. As a result, I came back through the Drive -Thru only to be met with a terrible attitude and unpleasant and unprofessional mouth of the Cashier/Manager that scolded me for asking if they still sold chili and cheese fries in the first place. She also told me that “It is not her job to talk to customers about their order “ (which was mind blowing considering how communication is the core of customer service). She continuously displayed a great deal of micro - aggressive behavior by talking about me and pointing at me to her other colleagues in Spanish as I sat and waited for my refund for the wrong order. As a healthcare worker and from my past experience of working in a Customer Service role, I mentioned to the cashier the importance of apologizing and exercising positive conflict resolution versus gaslighting and talking down to customers when you’re wrong, and she continued to be unprofessional while making me wait for my refund. Read moreI personally like this Jack location. The staff is always properly trained. I've only had an issue with wrong order very few times. Food is always hot and good. For lunch I always have the ultimate cheeseburger but I have them add lettuce. It sucks because they just started charging for lettuce. The regular fries are properly drained about 80% of the times. The curly fries are properly drained about 50% of the time. For breakfast I get the ultimate sausage sandwich but I substitute the burger bun for biscuits (it's an additional charge but WELL worth it!). The buttermilk biscuits go way better than the hamburger bun. It baffles me to think that someone thought a burger bun was a great idea for a breakfast sandwich. I add jelly to the sandwich. The coffee is horrible and I doubt they will ever make it better. I try to remember to only get the sandwich since the coffee tastes terrible. The cashier Refuse to give me her name.I door dash so I had to use the restroom.I am from the Katy area.When I walked in, there was a line.I asked the woman can she unlock the restroom and that I was a customer. She shook her head no.I told her I was going to order.She yelled wait as loud and rude.I said ma' me you told me no.She said you are not a customer. SO When it was finally my turn I asked her name she said I'm not helping you and walked off.i was very polite.i ask can I please order and can she please unlocked the restroom.
