I went on 02/14/2020 to order 2 Load Tiny Tacos and 1 Large Curly Fry, first when Mr. CAYETANO was taking my order he was not able to understand when I said Curly Fry, I get to the next window and there he is, he charge my card and TELLS ME TO BACK UP MY CAR because of his precious time report, so I did back it up and went back to the window, my order is ready and I ask him kindly if I can order another Curly Fry and he started shaking his head side to side and in a very rude way he said he wasnât able to take my order cause he already have more customers. Wow, Iâm surprised he wasnât able to take just another order, I wasnât asking for free, I ACTUALLY HAD MY CARD READY TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CURLY FRY, itâs just outrageous, he looks super worried about his time, pretty sure he might get a big bonus if he has a super quick time. I have worked before for Burger King and McDonalds and all the Shift Leaders always said Customer is first. I WONâT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND I WONâT BE RECOMMENDING IT AT ALL. The manager runs the customers out of the restaurant. Horrible location. They are the worst Jack in the box in Houston. The time on the window said 6; however, when I reached the speaker there was no answer. When I got to the window I noticed there was a person at the front counter. I blew the horn but he ignored me. Then I waited atleast ten minute until I knocked on the window. He said they weren't opening until 6:40. Once I stated the time of the window he admitted his manager was late and that he had just gotten there. Then he told me to drive around to reset his timer because it said I was in the line for 16 minutes. I decline because I know it's something that corporations need to know.
