Pizza Patrón Airline Drive — Restaurant in Houston

Got home & both pizza was undercooked. Taste like doe. I called and told them about the mistake and they said to come in with the pizzas and the receipt and they'll start remaking my order I said "okay that's fine I'll be on my way right now" I get there about 30 minutes later with the pizza and receipt and they said "okay it'll take us 20 minutes to make it." And I'm like yall didn't start making it yet? I said I would be on my way and they said yeah we were waiting for you to get here to start making it. I got a refund because I'm not going to wait because of 2 of their mistakes not only under cooking it but not having it ready when u got there with the original messed up pizzas. They claimed the ovens weren't working properly. I asked her for the store number and corporates number. Totally unprofessional. It's a shame because I love Pizza Patron but this location whoever the store manager is I would be ashamed of the way those employees...

The pizza was good. The wings were better. I had their Buffalo wings and supreme pizza. I personally liked their wings over the pizza. The staff is very polite. Kept calling me sir and offered us a beverage for our extended wait for the food. We didn’t ask for that. So that was a kind gesture on their part. Background on that situation: we were told 15-20 minutes for a pizza and wings. Ended up taking about 35-40 minutes. So them offering that drink was good customer service in my opinion. Would recommend for a pizza place. They deliver but with door dash, so you’ll pay fees out the behind for a delivery. They don’t have a dine in option. Unless you want to sit on the raggedy bench outside and eat lol. The trash can outside by the front door and bench was overflowing and smelled really bad. Had beer cans all over the place. But besides...

This location deserves 0 stars. I waited for over 30 minutes for them to make me 5 lemon pepper wings and cheese sticks. But the part that made it even worse. Is how they treated me about it. When I asked her how much longer it was gonna take for my order...She said 5 more minutes. When I had been waiting for 30 minutes already. Then saw that she had just started making my order. After all that time. Then when I was ordering my drink I asked for water and she was like you only can get the soda that’s on the picture for your order. I’m 9 months pregnant I can’t drink soda. So after explaining myself then she was like well it’s ok I’ll let you have water. Also, everybody was walking in getting they orders before me and I had been in the place for more than 30 minutes. Never coming here...
