My Melrose — Local services in Houston

Very rude customer service, ladies do not need to approach people walking through the front door telling them they can not come in the store if they do not have mask on especially if they do not know if they maybe there to purchase them first, further more they are not mandated here in Harris county to wear so they are not required to be telling people they HAVE to wear them to shop in their store. Very unorganized. They big sale signs everywhere showing sale prices, looks good but all the clothes are mixed in. You might think everything on a rack is a certain price because of the big $6 or $8 sign. Then you get to the register they start ringing everything up at $16.99 or $19.99. If you don't pay attention you might think your getting 5 shirts for $6 each but end up paying over $100. This store has a good selection of items however, the people that work in the front of the store are not welcoming. It was like 4 or 5 girls gathered in front of the store at a table.
