Worst one I've been to. I went in to buy a T.V.- Rolando T. helped us. We asked him if he could hook up a Sony that was on clearance so that we could see if it was working and he dusted it off and he went to hook it up. It was taking awhile so my Nephew asked if he had one already hooked up and he said yes so they left me holding the first one while they went to go see the other one that was on display. My Nephew came and got me to come and look at it. Both of the T.V.'s were floor models so my Nephew asked if it had a remote and Rolando stated that neither one had a remote nor a stand. The one that was on the wall was about $20.00 cheaper but they were the same T.V.'s.. Rolando stated that it would be a few minutes before he could find someone to get it down. My Nephew stated that we could take the one that was already down but Rolando stated that he couldn't do that .So he said if you have somewhere to go we will have it ready for you for pick-up and we will text you to come and pick it up when it's ready.I paid cash for it and gave him all my information and my Nephew. Cell number and E-mail. We left and went and ran some more errands this was at 3:54 p.m. They never called us. So we made it home and I called to see what the hold up was and Sam stated that it was not ready to be picked up and he stated that it was a computer glitch. I stated that that's not good Customer service and he went on to say that it was not the Customer service it was a computer glitch. I was so frustrated we were having company over and my T.V. wasn't ready. My Nephew got on the phone and stated that all we needed was the T.V. to be bubble wrapped and ready when we got there by now 4 hours had passed. We went to go pick up the T.V. and it still wasn't ready. My Nephew found Sam and he was still singing the same song. It's not our fault it was a computer glitch. I was so disappointed in his answers to our questions. I stated to him that , that doesn't make it right to have us waiting 4 hours for a T.V. that was already paid for and the only thing we asked is to be informed when it was ready to be picked-up. If they had just have gave us the dusty one on the floor we would have not gone through this mess. They were the same T.V.'s .This ruined my whole weekend plans for my family and I....
   Read moreWe recently bought a TV from this place and itâs been a month or two since the initial purchase and the TV has stopped working properly. There is no image when the TV is on only sound. When we bought the TV we made sure to buy the insurance that was offered because the whole reason behind the purchase of this TV was because our previous TV had also stopped working. When we called and visited Best Buy to see about fixing the TV they advised that they couldnât do anything about is because the insurance doesnât cover until a year has passed since the initial purchase. That makes no sense what so ever as that defeats the purpose of what the insurance is supposed to be for. If it doesnât kick in until a year after the purchase then why are they charging for it now? Why donât they wait till the year to begin charging for a service that they canât even provide? The next time we contacted Best Buy they directed us to Samsung as they stated advised it was a manufacturer issue. The lady advised someone was going to come out to change the screen but that due to COVID production for that parts was delayed. Itâs been three weeks now since we first reached out for assistance on our TV and NOTHING has been done. If itâs a manufacturer issue thats fine but BEST BUY is selling the product so they should do something to accommodate or assist the customer that is buying from them and giving them business or at least act like they care. Not to mention, when my mom went to the store in person in regards to the issue the lady that was assisting her advised her that she had to contact geek squad/the insurance and when my mom asked her for the number of the service they advertise and PROVIDE the young lady told her to âgoogle it.â If you are going to tell your customers to âgoogleâ information about your services and your business then what do you have a job for? Getting paid to tell customers to âgoogleâ the information about services THEY ARE PAYING FOR. We are definitely going to be going in person again and escalating this issue however high it needs to go to get this resolved THE SAME DAY....
   Read moreI don't normally write reviews and tend to trust them. I won't be doing that anymore though. I was purchasing a fitness watch at the same time as the person who wrote that long bad review a week ago. (meow snap crackle pop). We were helped at the same time and I saw at least 3 employees approach her. A Samsung guy walked up and asked her if she needed information and she said she already researched it online so I asked if I could ask a few. I wasn't sure if I wanted a fitbit or the samsung one that was new. My wife and I stood next to her the whole time and she listened as the Samsung guy answered our questions. When we were done he asked both of us if we'd like the watch and he went and got both of us one. When the samsung guy got back he asked the lady if she was ready to pay and he had a best buy employee there ready to help with that. She was on her phone and didn't even look at them, she just said she wasn't done. They then asked if I was ready and since I was they walked me to the register. As we walked to the register another Samsung guy approached her. When I was leaving the lady was talking to a manager at the front and looked emotional, I heard her saying she wasn't helped and they were rushing her to pay even though she wasn't done shopping.
It's unfortunate that most people that write reviews only do it when they had a bad experience. It's really bad when someone post a bad review and half of it isn't true. I've been shopping at this location for years and the service has always been great. Sometimes it takes forever to get assistance but I've asked for a manager and they explained the situation to me (usually people calling in or something) and did their best to accommodate me. It was pretty busy when I got my watch but I was still happy with the service. The guys were quick but answered all my questions and let me know I could come in anytime if I needed help with the watch. I'm glad this location is the one...
