Jolly Cup — Restaurant in Houston

Customer service was bad.... again. The lady had to ask me my order 4 times and when it still came out wrong insisted I made a mistake. She took my cups to the back to "fix" them (after dumping out the smoothies back into the blender). She turned off the lights (in the back) and I could hear water. She came back up front and my cups were all wet. She said she rinsed them and the tapioca and jelly was still inside. She refused to remake or refund. Although her husband offered.

The meat in the BBQ sandwich was very dry. Sandwich had no flavor at all. The jalapeños weren't even hot. The pickled carrots didn't taste pickled and nothing had any juices. Overall the sandwich was just dry and flavorless. Very disappointing. But the peach smoothie was very tasty and refreshing. I'll be back for the smoothies but will pass on the food. Local "hole-in-the-wall" teahouse. Stopped here after our regular teahouse was closed for a holiday. My 1st impression of the establishment was lack of cleanliness, the floors needed to be mopped in the worst way. We ordered a Watermelon Smoothie and Avocado Smoothie (with sugar alternative) and both were great! I believe the owner was working alone that afternoon too, was taking orders, cashier, and making drinks! If you need a Boba fix, I recommend...
