I used to be a regular at this restaurant, coming in at least once a week because the food was always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. The quality of the food has drastically declined, and to make matters worse, they now serve meals on disposable plates with disposable silverware. They bring the food out in a minute or two, which makes it obvious that it's already been cooked and sitting under hot lights. I guess that's what makes the chicken and breading so tough—it was so hard, it actually hurt the roof of my mouth. Honestly, the whole experience was just disappointing. It’s clear the attention to detail and quality they once had is no longer there. Definitely not what...

What a let down after reading previous reviews. On entering not greeting in a very friendly manner. Sat down was asked what we wanted to drink, ordered hot tea and coke ,given rather dirty cup for tea and a bottle of coke with a glass full of ice, asked them to take out the ice, which he did rather reluctantly, then failed to give us a glass with out ice we had to request it. Food was quick but we were still eating our soup when the main meal was plonked on the table. The fried rice was grey and tasteless, the sweet and sour sauce was bright orange and again nasty. The chicken was in batter which was greasy. Not a plesent...

Ordered delivery.

Pro- Food was hot, came in about 30 minutes, very reasonable prices, BBQ rib appetizer was okay, if a little salty.

Cons - Ordered Kung Pao Chicken- Quality of ingredients was pretty low - chicken was that weird too-soft might have been reconstituted texture, baby corn and green peppers were mushy, sauce was not very flavorful and a little watery? Hot and Sour soup was also a little lackluster, although can't quite pin down why.

Overall, a little below average. I think if they would spend a little more on quality ingredients and charge an extra dollar per dish it...

I got the General Tsao Shrimp and spring rolls. I am allergic to sesame seeds and I know the risk of having some seeds coming in contact with my food while ordering at Chinese restaurant.... Luckily, the staff here are incredibly patient, and made sure my food was not in contact with any sesame. The woman who took my order was so pleasant and the food came quickly. Food wise, the shrimp was tasty, the spring rolls were so-so.

Ordered the lunch special with fried rice and soup... fried rice is just brown rice. No veggies, no egg, nothing. Just brown rice. Soup was good and so was the chicken and broccoli. Everything is served on paper products. Just weird to me. And wasteful. It was very hot inside like the ac was out or off. Not very nice or friendly service. Wish I would have kept my money and went to Timmy's.

Great place near the Airport. I went here for lunch and the service was fast and polite; the facility clean and organized. The Food. . . delicious and fresh. I had the Mongolian Beef (it wasn't oily and nothing but onions) and I was surprised by the awesomeness. I will definitely be at Kung Food II more often. A true diamond in the rough.
