#TikTokGoStay Just checked into the Courtyard by Marriott near George Bush Airport (IAH) — and it’s everything you want in a travel stay 🙌. Only minutes from the terminals ✈️, this hotel makes catching early flights and late arrivals super easy. The rooms are clean, modern, and designed for comfort 🛏️, while the lobby and café area make the perfect spot to grab Starbucks ☕ or get a little work done 💻. There’s even a gym 💪, pool 🏊‍♀️, and cozy outdoor seating for relaxing after a long flight. Whether you’re here for business, a layover, or a Houston getaway, this Courtyard is the stress-free stay you deserve 💼✨ #TikTokGoCreator #CourtyardMarriott #IAHAirportHotel #HotelReview

Courtyard Houston Intercontinental Airport is a newer, modern hotel located very close to Houston Bush Airport. If you are arriving from the airport, there is a shuttle that runs between the hotel and the terminals. It arrives fairly promptly, but if it’s not there when you arrive, just call the front desk and they will send the driver to pick you up. Because it is one of the newer and nicer properties in the area, the hotel tends to stay a bit busy. I arrived around noon and no rooms were available at that time, so I had to wait about an hour or two before mine was ready. If you plan to arrive around the standard check-in time, which is typically around 3 p.m., you should be fine to get into your room without any delay. The room itself was very clean and modern, which I always appreciate whether I’m staying just one night or for a longer trip. It had everything I needed and felt fresh and well-maintained. One thing to note is that this property does not include a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is available for purchase, which may be a downside for some guests, especially considering that many nearby hotels offer free breakfast options. On the positive side, the gym is larger than what you would find at many standard hotels and has a good selection of equipment. The pool is also available and adds to the appeal of the property. Overall, I think this hotel is a great choice if you’re in the area or need a reliable place to stay near the airport. It’s especially convenient for a layover or early flight, and it stands out as one of the nicer hotels in the immediate area.

This stay was planned for quick access to IAH airport early in the morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were very timely delivering the additional bath linen that we requested at check in. The room appeared to be clean, updated, and well organized. All of the equipment functioned properly. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were severely lacking. You have to fold them in half to get any support. Room cleaning service should be a little more meticulous about checking the levels of the bath products. There was just one squirt of bath wash left in the bottle and the level could be clearly seen. Good idea to have two toilet paper dispensers but both rolls of tp were partially used and there was no spare. Whoever built the hotel did not insulate the water pipes or the floors. They installed headboards that are a piece of foam covered by material. We were hopeful that they were washed on a regular basis. They look cheap and tacky. They have a guest store and a bistro cafe to get coffee or food. We didn’t use either of these. There was a Keurig machine in the room. Coffee and tea k-cup pods were provided along with a sealed bag containing condiments. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room as well. Just be aware that the airport is close by so you will hear the planes as they take off and land. The hotel has no control over that.

The entire staff at the Courtyard Houston was FANTASTIC. My stay was an unplanned due to flight cancellations on not 1, but 2 days. I didn't get every person's name, but know that EVERY contact point with Courtyard personnel was outstanding. Friday night Steven was at the front desk - he was helpful with check-in; helpful with info on the shuttle and making sure I could get picked up at the rental car return; helpful with recommending a restaurant that delivered to the hotel. He was informative, friendly and should be commended for going above and beyond. Asia (hope I have the spelling correct) picked me up Friday night in the shuttle at the rental return and brought me to the hotel. That man needs to bottle his enthusiasm and positivity and sell it. I'm sure many times he is the 1st point of contact of people with the hotel, and what a positive first impression that is. Keep it up sir! Fitness Center had a lot of high-end equipment-surprisingly nice for a hotel-machines were as good as my health club. Saturday AM I checked out and wanted a quick cup of coffee to take with me. The associate behind the counter was making a fresh breakfast salad for another guest, but acknowledged that she would be right with me. It took her just a couple of minutes, not long at all, and then she delivered it to the table of the other guest. She came back behind the counter and poured a cup of coffee for me and wouldn't take payment for it because I had to wait. That was a very kind gesture of her, especially when my wait was not long at all. Later on Saturday when it was becoming apparent that I was going to be stranded in Houston another night, I called the hotel directly and spoke with Gabriel (hope have the name correct) at the front desk, and he assured me that I would have a room available if I needed it. I did need a room, but at least the room was clean and comfortable, and I was greeted with courteous staff again, including the person at the restaurant who made a special order for my dinner, and another associate who suggested a local IPA that was very good. It was a crazy and hassle-filled couple of days trying to get out of the airport, the the entire staff at the Courtyard made it as comfortable and easy as possible. I truly appreciate the attention to customer service, but just as important the general friendliness. Kudos to...

My flight was canceled and I booked my hotel on my cell phone. I was in a city that I do not know at all so being able to check in a hotel with limited human interaction (COVID) was important to me. I was able to utilize the mobile key with no problem. The room felt like home and I was so happy to have a place to lay my head. I went and got some food from the restaurant downstairs, wasn’t really greeted or asked if I could be helped. I then asked if they were open, because hey you’re just looking at me. While waiting I ask the front desk clerk if she happen to have a phone charger. She blessed me with one and I literally could have cried because my phone almost died. A woman out alone with a dying phone, 1000+ miles from home is just no good. I expressed how thankful I was the charger. Waited for my food and the front desk clerk asked me to answer the phone in case someone call because she have to use the bathroom. Odd request but okay sure whatever. She took forever to come out the bathroom because frankly I didn’t really want to answer the phone. Not my job. Noticed an officer walking in with a slight wave. I waved back. I was on the phone with my husband, meanwhile noticing the officer and front desk clerk talking amongst each other. Food came out and I get my food, pull up the mobile key to my room only to be stopped by this officer to ask me my name. I didn’t provide the name that he was listening for. I understand people are doing their job but it was insulting and embarrassing. I knew exactly what it was but I was too tired to say something. I already had to settle to missing my kids first day of school and then to be profiled depleted me. If it wasn’t for the experience I would have purposely traveled to Houston to vacation with my family and stay at this hotel in particular. One point, I had on a mask and I was the only person that had on a mask and I know y’all are in Texas but there IS COVID out there. This really put a sour taste in my mouth and honestly hurt...
