Subway — Restaurant in Houston

A vegetarian's point of view:

1. They use the same gloves to handle meat as they do the veggies. Not nice.
2. Asked the lady to change her gloves since she had made a meat sandwich before this. She changed the gloves, and put my bread in the oven. Then she started making another person's meat sandwich. So when my bread came out of the oven, I asked her to change the gloves again. She made a disgusted face and changed her gloves.
3. Asked for avocado, she again was extremely annoyed and said it would charge extra.

The customer before me had asked for extra cheese, and this lady put a little sprinkling extra and said pay extra for cheese. I am sure the lady at the store was either going through a bad day or was the only one handling all the orders. Either way, there should have been at least one more person to help her.

Was so put off by the whole thing, I almost dumped my sandwich in the trash. Extremely likely to...

I wish I could review the food, all I can review is the rude inconsiderate staff. We missed a flight. After hours at the airport, we arrived 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time to find the doors locked and the crew cleaning up. We walked around the plaza, everything else was closing or didn't have food. On the way back by, the chubby girl with the ponytail did a little happy dance and flipped us off. That's okay the Taco Bell down the street stayed open for us even though the manager was walking to the door to lock it when we arrived. The Taco Bell staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. I sent my husband to get me a Reubens as advertised on TV. He came home with the skipped non-returnable I have ever seen. I even called ahead to ask if they had sll the ingredients. . .RYE bread especially. I got white bread, not enough sauerkraut to even taste and 1 layer of meat. I would have refused it if I had been there. Evidently my husband doesn't know what RYE bread is or was not watching. He told Susana he wanted a REUBEN and then proceeded to answer questions . . .
