🌟 Houston’s Coffee Throne Has a New Ruler — And Her Name is Le’DRIP 👑 I thought I had tried all the best coffee shops in Houston. I thought I knew Vietnamese coffee like the back of my hand. I thought nothing could surprise me anymore. …And then came Le’DRIP — and slapped me with reality. ☕💥
💜 UBE Foam on Vietnamese Coffee?! Who does that?! Genius does. I ordered their Vietnamese coffee with ube (taro) foam and it was like espresso met dessert met a dreamy purple cloud. The intensity? 💣 Bomb. They did not water it down. This was the kind of coffee that slaps you awake with love and purpose.
They’ve got banana, matcha, strawberry, sparkling refreshers (next time I’m absolutely getting that kumquat watermelon!) — every drink sounds like a love letter to your taste buds.

✨ Customer Service? Immaculate. Shoutout to Aliyah and the entire Le’DRIP crew! 💕 Everyone was warm, welcoming, patient — and actually knowledgeable. I was a hot mess of indecision, but they never rushed me. Instead, they guided me with real recommendations based on my taste — like friends who actually care what you order. THAT is rare.
🎨 Presentation? Gorgeous. 📸 Instagram-ready aesthetics. 💸 Prices? Super fair. 🛍️ They even sell premium coffee gear if you’re feeling fancy.
🏡 Tiny café with big personality It’s cozy, cute, and full of heart. Tables are on the small side, so maybe not a full-on remote work spot — but I still brought my laptop, because who wouldn’t want to work surrounded by the smell of real coffee.
🚨 Final Verdict? #1 Vietnamese Coffee Spot in Houston. This place doesn’t just serve coffee — it serves joy. From the flavor to the foam to the fabulous humans running it — Le’DRIP is now my top go-to, no debate.

Le’Drip is dripping with flavor and style. I like the ambience of the small cafe. Weekends look pretty packed with lots of young folks enjoying their weekend but weekdays seem more relaxed with all the youngsters in school. There’s not a lot of room but enough for you to comfortably sit and visit. The music playing in there is trendy. I heard a Chris Stapleton song once while waiting for my order.
The staff is very nice, helpful and polite. I always appreciate great customer service.
The drinks are very good. I don’t find many places that get ca phê trứng (Egg Coffee) right, especially iced. Le’Drip impressed me with their version. I thoroughly enjoyed the stout Vietnamese coffee taste. In my opinion whether ca phê sữa đá or otherwise, the coffee has to be legit and strong or it throws everything else off. If you want a sweeter coffee try Bác Xíu (White Coffee), which is much sweeter. The ca phê trứng however was exceptional compared to others I’ve tried recently.
On a whim, I tried the Soursop Thai Tea. It’s good but too sweet for me. If sweetness is your weakness, by all means, you may love this drink.
Le’Drip has impressed me so far and I’ll return to try other drinks...
Read moreI ordered a Peach Iced Black Tea with 70% sugar and lychee jelly. Unfortunately, the drink had a very acidic and bitter taste that I didn’t expect, even with the sweetness level and lychee topping. Wondering if it could be adjusted, I asked a staff member—a young woman with brown hair and glasses—if it would be possible to exchange or remake the drink. She was understanding and respectful, explaining that store policy didn’t allow for changes, and then went to the back to bring over her coworker.
This second employee, an Asian girl with blue hair, was extremely blunt and rude. She seemed immediately irritated, giving off a strong attitude as well as rolling her eyes and saying, "What do you want me to do about it?" The dismissive tone and unprofessional response caught me off guard. I’ve worked as a barista myself, so I fully understand that these situations can be frustrating, but a little kindness goes a long way in customer service.
I’m sharing this feedback not out of anger, but in the hope that it encourages a bit more empathy and patience. A small adjustment in attitude would make a big difference in the overall customer...
