First time going to this location. Taste okay, but the look can ruin your day. Got the Thai tea slushy, went Saturday night. They really need to learn how to make a drink properly. They didn’t fill the cup all the way or even try to make it look better. There are way too many holes in it and it sucks when you get nothing coming up when drinking. They didn’t run out of tea as I was standing right there watching them pour the rest into the sink. Such a waste of food. And I know Thai tea slushy is harder to make but bruh, there are still big ice crunches in it.

Never ever wanna come back to this Tea Top again if this is their attitude being the barista, not thinking for the customer. There are better Tea Top in other states.

2 stars for the taste, negative 5 stars for the barista. If you were considering buying, don’t put too much expectation so you get less disappointed.

Update: I went again, thinking to give them another chance. Got “QQ lover”, “Grapefruit yogurt”, “fresh milk trifecta”. They’re much better than their slushy.

Don’t like the tapioca, too chewy and sticky, would recommend not to get it. Grass jelly’s texture is more like aiyu jelly. Taro ball is ok but meet fresh’s taro ball is def better. Overall rating for these three no caffeinated drinks is a 4. Would recommend “Yogurt Grapefruit” with 50% sugar. Cuz 80% is a...

Worst customer service ever!!! I've been a loyal customer for a while because they have very authentic fresh milk tea and very similar with the one that I've had in Taiwan before. However, today they ordered my drink wrong only because I said "latte" instead of "fresh milk". The cashier did not verify with my order even though she did not understand what I meant with latte. She just ASSUMED that I want black tea only. (She did not even tell me that they don't have tea latte) I did not realize the drink was wrong until an hour later because I was wearing a mask.

I went back and told them that the drink was wrong . They just ask me to buy another drink in FULL price, and told me that it was MY FAULT that I did not check the receipt if the ordered was right. Later I would to talk to a manager, and called several time, no one answered the phone.

I am totally fine if they ask me to pay for the difference of the fresh milk and I am totally fine if they just add milk in my original cup without making a new one. But telling a customer that it was ALL YOUR FAULT is definitely wrong. Also, there were twice that I ordered milk tea with boba but found out there were no boba but they charged me for it.

WOULD NOT...

Tea Top is another famous chain of boba milk tea straight from Taiwan. What they're guaranteeing for these franchises is that they will get their exclusive high quality tea from Tea Top's own tea facility so the quality will be consistent. The decor for this location is hip and trendy along with a decent amount of seatings in the store. Even though it's been a few months since this location opened, every time I've gone there with friends or by myself, it seems there's always a line for ordering but they move pretty fast.

Like all the new boba milk tea chains, to help customers make an easier decision on what to get for their drinks, there's always a Top 10 on the menu that consist of pretty much one drink per category. One of the beverage I like to get from here is the red bean slushy, especially during our hot Houston summer. You can customize your sweetness level and I feel like 50% sweet is a good combination as the red bean itself is sweet as it is.

Overall I haven't had any issues while ordering from here and I will bring people here for boba milk tea instead of anywhere else as I feel like this chain is the best milk tea place in...
