I usually visit this location between the hours of 12 a.m. & 4 a.m. of course, it's not the best time to be out and about no matter what part of Houston you're in. Immediately upon arriving and pulling into the drive thru, there are several homeless men begging and asking for whatever you can give them. Some are as specific as asking for exact change, orange juice, or whatever. I'm getting off subject, LOL, but... They approach your vehicle, ask for this or that, then walk away and go on down to every car in line. Some aren't so quick to move on and are very persistent and extremely rude. Needless to say, this makes your visit very uncomfortable and actually quite frightening at times. That's the first major issue, and then you have the employees that work the drive thru. I can't think of one employee there who has a personality. They aren't friendly to speak of as a matter of fact. They all act like they hate their jobs... I didn't make them get that job, and I'm definitely not apologizing for coming to their restaurant and disturbing their night/morning... it's their job!!! If you hate it that much, go work somewhere else. However, there are a few hard-working and friendly employees there, but they're few and far between. I can't recall one visit that they actually got our order correct or all items being in our bag. It can be as much as a sandwich missing, fries, and/or condiments, napkins, etc... and because we get there so late and we're both tired, we don't always check the bag thoroughly, and we don't always check it while we're still in their parking lot. So.... when we get home and get inside, we realize stuff is missing or not made properly, and of course, we don't ever go back or call or anything because we don't want the hassle nor do we want to be complainers. It's partially our own fault for not looking while we were still nearby, but.... really now, seriously, we shouldn't have to check at all. Our orders should be accurate at least 90% of the time, I realize we are all humans, and we all make mistakes, but, golly, we can't even get 10% accuracy ๐๐ซ๐ซค The quality of the food is poor, it's not very fresh and seldom is our food actually hot and the fountain drinks always taste odd they never taste like they're supposed to... makes you wonder why ๐ค๐ซฃ๐คญ Maybe it's just this shift that sucks I don't know, but don't go in the wee morning...
ย ย ย Read moreMy experience at this location was HORRIBLE...For starters my order was incorrect and when I asked them to replace my ENTIRE order I was advised they didn't have to replace my drink, but would. I advised her due to my order being wrong and the tea being bitter, I would like them to make my entire meal over, so I can enjoy my entire meal. I received my order and they failed to replace the hash brown. No need to go back and dare ask for my hash brown, why so they can rub it across the floor and give it to me???? Negative, so I decided to call to speak w/ the manager. When I called in to speak w/ the Manager Veronica, I was advised by the rude Drive Thru Cashier Christie that she could take the call...as figured once I advised her of the issue Christie began to get defensive and begin to raise her voice and get rude w/ me. I advised her there is no need for her to get upset w/ me this is you guys fault and the polite thing to do would be to apologize and replace the order. In response I was advised by Christie on behalf of the Manager Veronica to go ahead and call corporate the number is no the receipt.
If you are expecting to receive quality customer service pass this location smooth up ....there is no such thing as customer service & they definitely don't believe the THE...
ย ย ย Read moreI entered the store and requested my order. My food was fine the cashier who rung my order up started mopping up around my seating area. I asked her to stop, she continued and stated she wasn't mopping near me and continued to mop inthis area 1 foot away from me. She returned to the register area to mop. An associate working in the grill area asked about our conversation she replied back in a broken Spanish and English Loudly, she spoke when I looked up at her as she spoke toher associate, she said WHAT , WHAT? I asked her why arevyou screaming What,What to me? She replied you were looking at me. Clearly she she was attempting a combative confrontation with me. I reminded her I have a recept for my order since I paid for my food, therefor there will be no outbursts of frustration directed as confrontation to me as I eat my food. Again she screamed you were looking at me! At this point I assured her I will post my receipt and the treamentbI received by the cashier SALAZAR G on your store web site.Using a calmer tone she said you can post whatever you want on our store website, it's all right. So I chose to follow her advice Rude and combative , loud to instigate a situation of DIS-EASE @ JACK IN THE BOX ,...
