01/04/2023: Hello! I frequent at this area. I work nearby so choosing where to eat after work is toughie with subway, Dominos, IHOP, Taco Bell etc. etc. Today I chose to give your Resturant a try. Unfortunately, it did not expectation in the slightest. Let me explain, First of all, No greeting once I pulled up to the window. No sense of kindness or passion of wanting to be working. The person at the window just took my card, charged me and gave it back without a single word exchanged. Secondly, They initially forgot my beverage and when I went to retrieve it inside, they did not show an ounce of compassion and just made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. The food was great but the service was terrible. Thank you for the food but definitely not a place I’ll come back anytime soon. Follow up to my visit, I received a call from the current General Manager, threatening to assault me for my survey listed above. Also insisting that I ruined their opportunity for a bonus as it depended on customer satisfaction. (I have the whole conversation recorded and a copy secured in a undisclosed location) The following upcoming month prior to today visit was filled with the individual in question, verbally assaulting me at work, and impacting the work environment not only for my fellow employee and guest but also getting cooperate involved. TLDR: Too long didn’t read, The food was great but the staff and management needed a lot of work.
2/7/23: I returned one last time to see if any improvement have been made since my last visit, this is how it went. I pulled up to the drive thru and was introduced to Charley’s. Definitely a great step in the right direction. I was told if I could wait. I waited about a min and half before having my order taken. The lady who took my order was super kind and helpful. She repeated back my order and helped make sure everything was correct with my order. As I made my way to the window, I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming voice. She made conversation as she charged my order, something was improved than my prior visit. As I received my payment back, another person in a less than friendly voice, more stern voice, told me to park in the front as my food was being prepared. I hastily move to my spot and waited 5-10 minutes. (Which is massive improvement on the prior visit of 20+ minutes). The same person that took my order and payment delivered my order and thanked me for my visit. Overall the food and customer service has improved drastically since my last visit.
In summary, Although the second visit was drastically better than the first one. The prior visit and post visit confrontations delayed me from giving the store the 5* visit it deserves. I will continue to watch as the store...

Waited and car behind me left and waited and another car behind me left shoe stir I waited 40 minutes and nothing finally called to number receipt.
