The manager is very unprofessional to argue with his customers following them around like there stealing it made me very uncomfortable not even wanting to come back here to this store they forget to give your items you purchased they want my money but what about my belongings and the robot security guards who want to be police thinks every black person in the area are stealing are doing somethig wrong a lot of discrimination in this place of buissness and they need a better God fearing manager who doesn’t argues with there customers who are willing to spend 200-500 dollars with out customers you want have a job but they forget that part and you tell the manager your going to write a review how you were treated and he says I don’t care go ahead and your point is this store needs to be closed it’s a lot of crime in this area I’m already scared to be in the area you would think more stores should be more friendly like the stores in spring Texas well I rate them at a 0 but google you have to at lease put one star oooo no and by the way my husband was in the military so I was spending my va check I spend at lease a 1000 a month and I have my on business which is a cleaning service I work for my self I dress like a regular person just to see who’s going treat me out of order and I will be calling cooperate because this manager doesn’t need to be a manager at any store he’s letting his position go over his head and my husband was my witness and now he doesn’t want to come back to the store at all because he seen how the manager treated me with my kids and is as a family God please help this man learn how to...

I came here at 9:40 pm and as soon as I walked in the manager Catherine asked me if I knew what I wanted because they were about to close. No greeting or anything just an attitude. I look over at the line and there's a decent amount of people there so I figure I can have a look around. A few minutes go by and a gentleman (security personnel) approaches me telling me to choose my items and go to the register. I tell him I'm not going to buy anything because I did not want to hold them up. Catherine yells at me from across the store asking "WHAT?!" at first I did not reply because I was in disbelief that she was actually yelling at me. Then she tells me to leave because they have to LEAVE at a certain time... I asked her if they closed at 10 and my fiancé points out that we still have 12 minutes. Then she says " I'm the manager and I'm telling you to get out." She yelled many other things across the store that I can't remember. As I'm walking out there's still people in line. I used to work for this company I know that if a customer comes in 20 minutes before closing you don't treat them this way. What a rude lady she makes the company look bad. That is not the Burlington I remember working for.

I went shopping in there at around 12 p.m. and was looking at various items and I was in the purses section, I'm guessing about 12:15 p.m. when this man came up to me & said Ma'am I'm sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I asked him why, & he replied that his boss didn't believe I was there to shop, and also that my mini backpack purse looked alot more full, then when I had entered the store. I was mortified, I asked him if he would like to look in my bag, and he said "No, just Please Leave or I'm going to lose my job".! I started to cry as I walked away and right before I got to the exit doors. There was the Boss with a bunch of her minions around her pointing and laughing at me. LAUGHING and I do not even know why ... I Seriously have no idea what I did wrong or what I could have done to cause this, it's just not my character at all. I'm lucky that my best friends Dad & Uncle are Lawyers with a prestigious firm and they are looking into it for me..... I cannot thank them enough..
