This was my first trip from Austin, Texas to this Burger King and my experience from customer service in my opinion was 100% crap. Restrooms handle to the Men's restroom was broken and had to ask kindly to the cashier to open the restroom for me and told me unkindly that I had to buy the food first in order to use the restroom. She finally got her senses together and open the men's restroom and when I went in it smelled like crap and wasn't clean at all and there was no paper towels stocked to dry my hands, and it seemed like the cashier didn't care to have some team member take care of something so simple. The cashier had and attitude by rolling her eyes. I truly don't recommend going to this Burger King at all, instead I highly recommend you go try Cabo Bob's Burritos. Great atmosphere, clean restrooms, extraordinary service, and food and the best burritos ever in the State Of Texas. Should try the #7 Steak Burrito on their menu and dip it with their delicious 66 Red Sauce and oh their mint sweet tea is amazing. So forget Burger King and go try Cabo Bob's instead. The reason is because the customer service was extraordinary at Cabo Bob's. Made me feel welcomed and important way better than this...
   Read moreI had a horrible experience with one of the ladies taking my orders. I don't know her name. She is the older lady. I've gone here a few times, when I ordered my combo meal, I noticed she would automatically sell me the larger combo without asking me. The next time she did it, I asked her why she would sell me the large combo without asking me. Her reply was we don't have medium size cups. Then she switched it too, we have to make sales. I called her out. She got offended. I asked her what if I could not afford the larger size. The next time I went. I asked for a number 8 combo with a coffee. She just gave me the coffee and made me wait. When I asked her where is my food. She replied, I just heard you say you wanted coffee. She is very unprofessional, rude and flipped it all on me. I worked in fast food. I know how customers can be and how to handle a situation without taking it personally. I will not go there again...
   Read moreI drive for Lyft, I came to order some food but before hand I needed to use the restroom. Not only did I ask the manager MARI if there was a key for the bathroom she continued to mop like I didnât ask. So I ask again, she replied restroom is for customers ( as if anyone was at the counter to take my order) assuming I wasnât ordering food. As I inform her I have intentions to purchase food, she ignores me AGAIN opens the door for another customer to inform her they were open, so I ask again for the key as she ignored me to wait for a family of three to catch up to the door. These customers were more concerned about me in line then the manager mopping. Iâve been dying for a freeze and some nuggets but because this poor service they got nothing!...
