Awful, terrible, horrible... what's new? This location is usually in shambles regardless of the time of year, day of the wk or time of day. Of course, the holidays make it 10 xs worse!! I went here this evening because it said online that they closed at 11pm on Sat, this was tonight a Sat, mmmhhhmm. I work at night and thought this was a perfect option to get a few small stocking stuffers. Wrong!
I got there around 8:20pm and figured I had over 2 hrs before they would close since it said 11pm online as well as outside, right? Wrong! The line was super long, 15 or so people, only 3 people at the register and the store looked like a mess and like a twister just came through. Stuff was all over the floor, scattered about, toys thrown everywhere, boxes and packages opened all over the place.
I really wanted to get some jewelry as thats what I specifically came in for. I saw about 5 pairs of earrings I wanted to buy, 1 watch, 2 necklaces and 3 rings. I was told by security that no one was free to help me because the cashiers were all super backed up and I'd need to check back later when the line died down. Ok, no problem, it's now about 8:40, I have 2hrs still before they close. Uh uh. An angry Hispanic woman then gets on the intercom/speaker and says they'll be closing in 15 min and everyone needs to get in line now before they close!! What?!
I thought they closed at 11pm? I asked a worker and he said it's up to the manager on duty and she wants to close early tonight. Really? I wait in line for about 20 min and the same woman on the speaker comes back on and rudely says we're closed if you're not in line already it's too late you need to leave. She then says it in Spanish and then yells to her co-worker these people don't understand English or Spanish!! They need to hurry up and leave she keeps saying loudly. Then, when it's my turn she looks at her co-worker and yells, I can't stand last min shoppers! What a mess this all was and not ok to close 2hrs early...

After giving her the number and not telling her where to go my sister stood in confusion and the lady yelled âget your stuff Iâm not getting them for you.â Youâre a grown woman what do you gain for yelling at an 11 year old?? Especially making her cry. Yâall should be embarrassed having these type of employees around. She also gave attitude to other customers going to the fitting rooms. Is not the first time I get disrespected on that store, but now is ridiculous that even the manager has such a big lack of respect for the customer.
