I was always a fan and regular, but now I'm done with Little Caesar's. There is not a restaurant or food on Earth that is worth being screamed at, argued with, interrupted, and gaslit to get.
Let me paint a picture for you:
• You order a specialty menu item.
• The pizza you received is not what you ordered. You're not mad about the pizza because you expected this to happen and had already accepted that you would be waiting longer. You flag down an employee and you calmly try to explain that your pizza was not made correctly.
• Julio, reeking of marijuana, interrupts you to tell you that it was made correctly.
• You reiterate that it is not, showing the picture and description of what you ordered.
• Julio begins to loudly argue with you, continuing to gaslight you about your incorrectly made order as you struggle to get a word in through his constant interrupting. You are, understandably, no longer calm.
• The manager, Nissa, finally comes out to mediate the situation and resolve the customer's issue.
• Wrong.
• Slurring her words as you're suddenly hit with the scent of liquor, she also begins to loudly argue that the pizza you didn't order is, in fact, the pizza you ordered, and that it was made correctly.
• You again show the picture and description, as well as the picture you yourself took last time when the other crew made it correctly. Julio claims the pizzas are identical (See photo #3 for an example of what he claimed is identical to photos #1 and #2).
• Now screaming at you and shoving a filthy blue scoop in your face, both employees continue to argue that your incorrect pizza was made correctly, while Nissa also claims to have made it "better" ...??? (Two days later I'm still trying to figure out how it can be made as depicted on the menu while simultaneously being made subjectively "better" based on the whims and opinions of Nissa).
• You have no choice but to get a refund and leave empty handed and shaking with adrenaline from a heated argument with two clearly inebriated and unstable employees that apparently exist in a reality separate from your own where the sky is somehow green, the grass is somehow blue, and a Classic Pepperoni cooked on a coupe/screen pan with a Classic Pepperoni's amount of old world pepperoni is somehow an 'Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni™' pizza cooked in a deep dish pan.

As long as these two employees work at this El Dorado location, you are risking confrontation WHEN (not if) your food is made incorrectly. Read the other reviews and you'll see them referenced nearly every time there's a problem with an employee. Now you get to know their names too. Screaming Nissa the drunken "manager," and Hallucinating Julio the yelling pothead.
I will be reaching out to corporate and hopefully they can assist in having these two people removed before they lose this location even more customers with the unsafe and problematic environment they're creating.

Read moreOn June 17th 2024 me and my family decided we wanted to order us some Little Caesar’s for dinner. My wife placed an order online for pick up and received the confirmation email indicating that our order has been placed. We headed up to the store to pickup our order. Upon arriving I was told by the gentleman at the front that our order was not ready even though the email clearly stated it was ready for pickup. At this point I didn’t think it was a big deal until I found myself still waiting after standing there for 30 minutes. I took a glance at my watch and realized it has been well over an hour since our order was placed. As the gentleman at the front was scrambling to take care of the influx of customers I noticed a lady calmly counting the sodas in the fridge. I walked to the lady and asked if she was the manager and she replied “yes”. I asked her what her name was and she told me her name is Desiree. She appeared that she didn’t want to be bothered but I asked if she could help the gentleman with taking care of the orders. She rudely replied “I’m busy” and just continued to count sodas. I then asked her what the gentleman’s name was who was working the front counter. She told me “his name is Chris”. This poor guy Chris was clearly overwhelmed with upset customers meanwhile the Manager Desiree thought it was more important to count sodas. There were multiple customers who were clearly upset from either getting a wrong order or not getting their food at all. I’m really never one to complain but this comment was well deserving. Not only was my dinner never ready but I also noticed how poorly managed the facility was. The floors were extremely dirty and the windows were badly smudged with fingerprints and grease. There was also a urine like stench in the lobby area. I feel the lack of leadership and professionalism from the management is why this location is suffering. I will not continue doing business here until I know it is under new management. I will also make sure I speak loudly about my bad experience on NextDoor and every other social media platform until I reach everyone’s attention. The worst part about this is I genuinely love Little Caesars. I’ve been eating Little Caesars pizza since I could remember. I truly hope that we will see a change at this location soon so me and my family can continue to enjoy the delicious pizza. Until then, I’ll just take my business and...
Read moreI NEVER leave reviews, but I absolutely have to for this place. Your normal story, tired from work, just picked up kids who are starving, so I placed an order at 5:27. I arrived a little early, so expected to have to wait. Around 5:50 I got a notification that the pizza was ready. No big deal. I walk inside to pick it up at the counter.
There is a line, so I wait a little longer since I chose to wait in the car until I got the notification. The employees are laughing loudly (whatever) and shouting profanity at each other for about 5 minutes with no one at the counter. Um... made me glad I left my kids in the car, but it is what it is.
I finally get up to the counter and tell him my name and show him my phone receipt of the order. He doesn't even stop to look it up and said "We don't have it" then goes to the back. I stand there for another several minutes and he does back and forth from the back to the counter, "helping" customers that are in line. A lot were wrong or items missing orders to be picked up.
I go back to my car thinking he just had to go to the back to tell them to make my pizza. I apologize profusely to my starving kids who are tired of sitting in the car listening to music and offer to just take them to get them something else. They convince me to stay because I had already paid for it.
I go back in and wait for another several minutes. It is 6:20 at this point! He helps everyone else that comes in and a gentleman let me cut in to ask how long. He FINALLY pulls up my order on the computer and said "oh, it's right here." It was in the warmer. The whole time. But he couldn't be bothered to check with me or offer any customer service.
So I stood there for nearly 45 minutes all because I assumed their customer service was good enough to correct a situation, when in fact, it was so horrible that they couldn't be bothered to correct it.
(Keep in mind he had given orders to other people waiting who were not in line anymore. Some who had already been there for more than...
