Apparently this was not the Subway to go to after reading the reviews. I wish I would have checked the reviews because most of them are what I experienced in one visit. I mean you have 2 jobs: make a good sandwich and be customer service representative. The guy Alex (if thats his name) was very agitated and annoyed at anything I asked and I only asked about the new stuff because young boy you work here. So then I'm paying Brittney who was very mild-mannered and he comes and for some reason is packing my sandwich and he keeps pushing down on it. I say please stop doing that, why are you doing that and he hands me my sandwich and walks away. Ok, so we leave and I get inside the car, the sandwich looks nothing like a melt, just an extra warmed up bun, he didn't put any sauce on it, and they were already out of a lot of stuff so you didn't have many options to get the sandwich how you wanted it in the first place. So I go back in and try to explain it to him, and he doesn't even give me a chance to talk and so i say ok so just give me my money back and apparently he was in charge but has brittney try to do it and can't figure out how. It's a pretty incompetent place, but apparently there are a lot of bad reviews and the manager is doing nothing about it, so i would just say just don't go if you don't want to feel cheated and like you wasted your time on a bad sandwich and bad...
Read moreAmbiance. As I walked into this Subway location it became very clear that there was no air conditioning. There was no way I could stay and eat my sandwich inside. I felt so very sorry for the 2 young ladies who were taking my orders. I asked them how they were feeling because it was obvious they were not comfortable. I asked one of them if they were okay. The lack of circulation of air and then the heat of the bread ovens is not an acceptable working environment. I even asked if they had any fans available for them and for any customers that might have wanted to stay to eat there (although a customer can leave as they wish). In the short amount of time, I was there to get my sandwiches I could not breathe well, and I walked out sweating. I am trying to call today to let a supervisor aware my experience at this particular location but no answer. Read moreOut and nearly out of supplies when I was placing my order. What little there was of the cucumber slices looked like it should have been thrown out but she still put it in the sandwich.
The lady I think barely understood English. After I said I wanted the special of the day six inches. She proceeded to make a foot long sub. When I noticed this I had to repeat that I only wanted the six inche sub. She had to ask her supervisor what to do, unsure what to do with what she made. Very soft spoken, I couldn't hear her well. She needed most things repeated to her.
Towards the end I asked if the meal could be done at a discount price for lack of ingredients. The second lady told me no.
. Service was slow. . Make line employee I think shouldn't be in customer service. . Looking spoiled cucumber and missing ingredients.
