Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I called ahead and placed an order for extramost best cheese. When I got there guy at counter was nice gave me the order and I paid, leaving happy. Once I got to my truck I found that the order was wrong and it had pepperoni on it. Being I have a profile set up with lil caesars it can be seen that I never order pep on my pizza.(Cher Sunshine is the name) I politely went in just wanting to have the problem corrected and the guy at the counter again gave me no problem. He went to let the lady know that the order was wrong. The lady with purple hair decied to come from around the coner and tell me that I did order the pizza with pepperoni on it. I simply said no I dont order pepperoni on my pizza Im jewish. She continued to try and tell me that I did order it with the pepperoni and then after that said but I can remake it for you. As if to try and call me out infront of the entire full store. Trying to embarrasse me when in reality on did for herself because she had to remake the order and show how little customer service skills she has while working in the food industry. I do not believe that this is good business for any company and being a small business owner and member of local school PTO I will no longer support a store that allows their employees to think that they can make a scene. Anyone who has gone to this location anytime of the day no this location sucks it's not just the food that sucks it's the employees and the crackheads and weirdos who stand outside the store drinking all day like it's a hangout spot the owner or manager should definitely kick them off of that strip but nobody cares it's just a nasty environment to go to you're going to wait 30 minutes for a pizza that is so thin and so Raw it's so nasty it doesn't matter if you're going side to complain the little girl that run it are Clueless I have only gone to this location twice in my time living in this area and I have to say it's disgusting who wants to get harassed going inside the store drunk guys asking for money and then having to go inside and get some nasty Pizza because they can't cook it all the way cuz clearly the struggle is real there I hope the owner or manager or whoever reads this actually does something about that because that's embarrassing little girls walking inside with their mom to get pizza and drunk guys harassing them they're lucky I haven't brought anything with me to take care of them because that is borderline disrespect and the owner should be...

Worst Little Caesar's EVER! When I arrived the chicken head employee taking orders who's body was shaped like a polar bear, and her face looked like Shaquille O'Neal with glasses, and a worn out lacefront wig full of dandruff and pepperoni dust, had an attitude because there were too many people inside. She berated me, and another customer because her manager came to the front and asked had we been helped.
