Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Houston

I don’t understand why people say this is such a great place. It’s ran by a whole bunch of immature, kids and staff that does not respect their customers. This place is horrible. They pick the food out with their bare hands and after I saw this dude picking his nose, tries to pick me up a cookie and put it in my bag. I declined it. He got all mad. I had to watch him use the tongs to get me another cookie and then I was a penny short so he takes the cookie out the bag and throws it away instead of helping me out with a penny like that is so absurd if I could get this place zero stars I would give it -5 this place is the worst marble slab creamery I ever been to and I will never go to one ever again every time I go in...

You can tell the place isn’t very busy and there’s only been 1 employee the few times I’ve visited, the first visit guy was attentive basically did what he had to do and that’s the limit of it, the next visit was a woman and there was only 1 customer in the store she wasn’t speaking ,looked super annoyed, looked at us, no greeting, no acknowledgement, we waited a few minutes and nobody said a sound except for the customer in front of us as he asked for samples, there was black trash bags over 2 machines in the front as well, was super uncomfortable and uninviting so we all just walked out, I am giving 3 stars because of the first experience wasn’t a super bad one and the Swiss chocolate I got was good , but i...

Was told that even though the menu board says you can order a small, regular or large cone, they only do small cones, but will still charge you the price for the size you asked for. This came from the assistant manager herself. Not to mention that the teenagers there on the weekend don't really care what you want, they try to make you take what they want you to have.
