Save yourself and go literally anywhere else.. (Kelly’s, Waffle House, City Cafe). Wait staff was overwhelmed and moody. Well to be fair, the others around us seemed pleasant enough, just ours was moody. Food comes out very slowly, and when it does come.. it’s bland. My son and I were excited when we saw “Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs” on the menu… Only to find out it’s literally a frozen chicken patty that’s heated.. disgusting. To be fair, we asked for the gravy on the side so it looks extra pathetic, but still. We had a great time in each others company, but neither of us was happy with the food. Nothing is seasoned. Just heated. I liked how fluffy the eggs were, but again, unseasoned. Barely salted. The coffee was okay, but it comes out so hot you have to wait to drink it. I don’t even know how they keep it heated back there because I’ve never encountered that problem in my life. Like I said. Go literally anywhere else. Even if you haven’t to wait, because you’ll still have to wait here. Not worth the time, money, or calories.

It's been a little while since I've stopped by the HOP on Fuqua, but tonight reminded me why this place is my go-to after work comfort stop. I ordered my all-time favorite the (Breakfast Sampler) and let me tell you, it was just as fresh, hot, and satisfying as I remembered. Every item or the plate was cooked to perfection. From the crispy bacon to the fluffy pancakes, it hit the spot! I usually come at night, and that's honestly the best time. It's quiet, practically empty, and I always get my food quickly without any delays or distractions. The service is smooth and respectful, and I appreciate how relaxing the vibe is. No noise, no fuss just good food and good service in a calm setting. Big thanks to the night staff for consistently delivering a great experience. IHOP on Fuqua, you've still got it! I'll be back again... and again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant before. We got sat down and it took the server 10 minutes to greet us. After finally getting our drink order, he forgets to bring them to the table for another 10 mins. He takes our food order and then only brings us half the food we ordered to the table. We would've ate what we had if we had silverware but even trying to get other servers attention wasn't working. As a server myself I understand getting busy but if you can't handle two two-top tables then maybe this job isn't for you. Also the plate my food was served to me on was dirty with strawberry sauce. I was not going to be paying for food that was on a dirty plate, and that I couldn't even eat. I am honestly disgusted with this place. I will never be coming back here.

One manager named Angie was so rude to me on the phone. I made an order via a delivery app but called into the store to add some extra sauces. I spoke to someone at the front who had to ask Angie some questions, then I asked to speak to the manager directly just so the back and forth between the manager and the phone stopped. Angie was rude and not listening to what I had to say. She cut me off on every sentence, and even hung up on me. When I called back, it rang until the “voicemail”, I called again and was welcomed with “I already told you...” I was trying to explain that I HAD gotten extra sauces before and if there was a way I could give them my payment information to add the extra charge for the sauces on, she was telling me I have to come into the store and I said over and over that I wasn’t able to drive, that’s why I have delivery. She brought up that her shift was about to end which is an inappropriate thing to talk about with a customer out of nowhere as an excuse. I don’t know how someone who acts like that and also knows little about the store is a manager. I got notified that the driver had picked up my order and she snappy advised “you have to call in just before you make the order” even though I called 20 seconds after I placed the order. No control of the food going out. The whole time I’m talking to her, my food was made and walked out the door without her knowing. She said she would include some extra sauce and lied about it saying it was exactly what I asked, then after me verifying it for the sixth time she said it would only be a...

We went on a Sunday no one there just us . At first the young man was helpful that seated us, then seemed frustrated when we kept asking about the menu items . His lack of knowledge of the menu made us want to just leave. We got our food about 20 min later even though we were the only ones there. One of my kids waffle was over cooked and crisp to the point where it was dry and cold. When I pointed out the differences of the waffle to the waiter he was snappy and rude. The manager later came to apologize about the situation explained he was new and offered to replace it. It was already too late in to the meal my kids just ended up sharing the eatable one. My husbands bacon was burnt and the sunny side eggs raw. Gross! Service was just horrible. I wish I could give it 0 Stars ! Very disappointed I’ll just take our business to house of pies they always have friendly smiling staff. They need to have people friendly staff and they need to learn the menu for when asked something they know what they do and don’t serve and how they serve it. Cynthia was one of the ladies I asked and she replied with “I don’t know” .. umm hello u work there. When we left the manager told the ONLY nice smiling waitress to not charge us for our meal. We weren’t looking for a free meal , we just wanted what we ordered how we ordered it n how they advertised it. We didn’t take the free dinner, we did pay a discounted price of our meal. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name but she was helpful and nice that...

The IHOP restaurants are not the same as they were back in the day. My son and I went to go have breakfast there this morning at the Fuqua location. My son which was Green bell pepper, onions, tomatoes, and American cheese when he got his omelette, the tomatoes were not even cooked inside the omelette they were on top of the omelette. The cheese was not even melted into the omelette. It was on top of the omelette and it had mushrooms in it that he did not order. He had bacon instead. He still ate it. I ordered the New York breakfast. I had two eggs, two bacon, hashbrowns and two pancakes. When I got my food one of my slices of bacon wasn’t cooked all the way. I didn’t complain to the Server because I just got off work and I really tired and hungry. I want to just east my food pay and go home to my bed. My server took a long time to get back to my table as I needed my ticket to pay for my meals. I went to the counter no one was there I still waited until another server asked if I needed help. As I was waiting for my ticket NOBODY asked how my food was, or how was the service, NOTHING. So that’s why I’m here. Thank you and NO I am never going back. I will continue to get my food from Franks...
