Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered from Marco’s Pizza recently. The food was good. The pizza was hot, the crust was just right, and the toppings were fresh. But the experience was ruined by the way I was treated.

One of the employees, Jason, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His attitude was dismissive and cold from the start, and it felt personal. I noticed how he interacted with other customers compared to how he spoke to me, and it was hard not to feel like race played a part in it. His behavior came across as racist, and it left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

"Jason" at Hill Croft was very passive aggressive right when I entered the door, I didn't think nothing of it and continued on and because I am of Hispanic decent i proceeded to order in Spanish and he abruptly said he didn't know how to speak Spanish which was ok, however he proceeded to point out how everything was written in English talk about hypocrisy being in a country where English isn't the Native tongue. Awesome to be close to the store. Could there be a re training to know the meal deals. I called in a order asked for 2 meal deals of the pizza bowl, 10 plain wings, choc cinnamon and was suggested to get the family salad. Well, I arrived and was charged full price for meatball bowl and Philly bowl. The manager said the meatball was not apart of the pizza bowl and did modify the Philly bowl, charged me a extra drink.
