I ordered from Marco’s Pizza recently. The food was good. The pizza was hot, the crust was just right, and the toppings were fresh. But the experience was ruined by the way I was treated.
One of the employees, Jason, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His attitude was dismissive and cold from the start, and it felt personal. I noticed how he interacted with other customers compared to how he spoke to me, and it was hard not to feel like race played a part in it. His behavior came across as racist, and it left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
