I've lived in this area for close to a decade and I watched the entire plaza be built. Watched Marcos be built and for the most part, since you guys have been there, the pizza has been alright. In the beginning, it was great. Everything was great from the customer service to the food. It would be the first place that I would consider ordering from, especially since they are down the street and I can be lazy all I want. There was a running joke that if I ever moved out of the area, the manager might wonder why the sales went down. Heh. Lately? Marcos, you guys have been slacking...instead of wanting to order and just doing it, I wonder what type of pizza I'm going to get. Will it be whole? Will it be warm? Will it be what I actually ordered? Ordered one today and it was half smooshed to the back of the box with a driver I haven't met before, which is fine, I don't expect to know everyone working there. I called back and the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and accomodating. It seems like this location goes through workers like it's going out of style but I will say that I have NEVER had anyone be rude to me nor has anyone been anything less than professional towards me. That being said and while I do understand that you guys get busy, it seems to be going towards a "it's better to ask for forgiveness" than get it right the first time. There are several drivers there that are amazing from Edward, to Adan to...there's another girl there with a pixie cut and a septum piercing....all great. Read moreWhile I've never had their pizza... which I'm sure is delicious... they came through for me and my husband when our ccard was fraudulently used at their location. My husband noticed a charge on our credit card that wasn't one that we'd made; and being that neither of us has been to Marco's Pizza or live anywhere or know anyone in the vicinity, we knew that our account was compromised. After jumping through all the necessary hoops to lock down our account, we called Marco's to give them a heads-up. They went above and beyond with helping us out. They gave us all of the information that we asked for AND even voided out the transaction which they didn't have to do. So, just as service and food make or break a restaurant, it's the extra helping hand that can show how stellar a place really is... And, the people at Marco's were taken advantage of by the same person that did the same to us. My husband and I agreed that we should share this experience with everyone considering going to Marco's. You know you want pizza, right? Why not get it from this Marco's that not only makes one of the most perfect foods in existence (pizza) but, also, runs their business with integrity? Should I find myself on that side of town, I'll be sure to stop in and shake their hands. To the people at Marco's, I know that you were stolen from, too. Thank you for going above and beyond. Read moreOrdered online on 10/25 and site said my food would be delivered by 6:35pm. I call restaurant at 6:45pm for update and was told my food was still sitting there waiting for the driver to get it and deliver and was given the option to pick up. Showed up to pick my order up only to find the driver had already left with my food. Rush home to meet driver and find that part of my order was left out and was told it would be up to another 2 hours before they could deliver the missing part of my order. Call restaurant to inform manager and was offered a full refund. Fast forward to 11/24 and I still have not received my refund. Have spoken to store manager and regional manager and was told different things but still promised my refund. Called and left multiple messages for store and corporate and still have not received my money. Horrible experience!

I see an owner replied to my review asking me to tell them more about my experience through their website but that’s something that was done over a week ago already and I have yet to hear back from anyone. So I don’t think this matter is being taken...
