Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

So sad that the owner and the workers don’t care about the customers. They barely speak English, don’t know the ordering system or how to operate the register. The orders are always wrong, the delivery is never on time and when you call or complain they laugh at you and say: 5 minutes. The Gessner at Clay rd store just opened and it should be closed immediately! They have no business being open and serving food to people including children. Last night I was there to pick up a DELIVERY order and I saw the driver come in from a delivery and he walked right behind the counter, grabbed some pepperoni and started helping the cook make a pizza. He didn’t even washed his hands!!!! When I asked for a refund on my order the guy that told me he was the manager had to call the real manager because he didn’t know how to issue a refund on the register. After waiting 10 minutes I left with 2 cold pizzas, no refund and with the entire staff laughing at me. So disappointed. I’ll never order from here again and I will do my best to make my neighbors and friends aware of the bad and careless service this franchise...

After a long day at a baseball game, I received a email from these guys. It came at such a perfect time to feed our hungry kids and to save money. I got a email for rewards for a 2 topping large pizza for $8.99. I couldn’t have asked for better timing. Discount was only to be used online or through app. I applied discount, and placed my order for a specific time for takeout!! Marcos was very attentive to my needs and my timeframe. Service was very friendly and attentive once I walked in for pickup🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️I was greeted and during transaction I forgot I locked my card so I really appreciated the cashiers patience with me, for running back to get my phone. I went there today to go pick up a simple order one large pizza with thin crust and with 10 wings. Turns out when I get home they not only gave me a regular crusted pizza they gave me only 8 wings!!!! I called the establishment and the manager told the person who called me that they would give me another pizza but they will not give me the wings that I would have to go back in and show them my wings with proof of purchase made me feel like I was lying. So I will never ever go there again. So here’s the photo they charged me and didn’t even pay attention. They even made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby and the entire time they were in the back talking and laughing and were distracted.
