This is the worst Mc Donald’s starting from staff to management. I placed an order and repeated my order to some little girl in the drive through 3 times but since she was busy on her phone she didn’t get my order right after paying and still repeating my order again she said yes. When I got to the second window to get my food the night shift manager or assistant gave me my food and I noticed the missing order I proceeded to notify her I was missing food and she stated that I was only charged for what I got. I told her yes that’s because you have unprofessional people not paying attention to orders instead they’re on their phone, instead of de-escalating the situation she proceeded to notify the little girl that the customer complained about her being on the phone. The little girls asked why I complained about her being on the phone I replied to her and said you were on the phone therefore my order was incomplete the little girl turned to the staff and said she did order all of what she’s asking and then she changed her story to I didn’t hear her order when the window was opened and ordered face to face. That’s when the situation escalated more and the little girl started cursing me out and was even saying that she would step out of the restaurant to throw it down and for me to get off my vehicle. It’s clear this mcdonalds has poorly customer care experience and instead it’s being runned as if it’s there personal restaurant. And approves for the employees to take matters into there hands. So this little girl was like 17 trying to fight with a 37 year old. What a disgrace and embarrassment. This Mcdonalds needs to be cleaned up and hire new people...
Read moreThey displayed horrible customer service. All of the employees who handled the food and served it to the customers, were constantly touching their hair. I remember people required to use hair nets when dealing with food, but now McDonald's is under the impression that people like hair in their food. Mind you, this wasn't 'my hair got in my way so I have to move it out of my way;' this was more like 'I have super long hair, like, I just have to touch it #long hair and fast food handling go hand-n-hand'. On top of that, she couldn't get my order right even when I ordered it on the kiosk correctly. I can understand if someone took my order an inputs wrong, but that wasn't the case. I input my order and deliberately took my time so they can get it right and she still got it wrong. She brought it to me not one, not two, not three, FOUR TIMES. And it was wrong every time. This young lady was just being lazy. She asked me what was wrong and I told her there's cheese on it and no pickles and I ordered no cheese and extra pickles. She then comes back with the same thing, which I called her out on it two more times. The notes were written on the burger wrapper so it wasn't like she didn't have a frame of reference. Then the last time she was frustrated and asked 'well what do you want' so i told her I wanted my order right and she came back with a burger that had triple cheese...finally someone who actually knows how to listen with their ears and brain instead of their hands and hair came and made my order right. If it weren't for that person I would have given this...
Read moreI must say that today had to have been the worst experience ever at this McDonald's. I started off in drive-thru at speaker 1 where I was greeted and asked how may I help you. Then abruptly in the middle of my order was asked to move to speaker number 2. at this speaker it was now a gentleman who asked me how may I help you meaning I had to start all over again with my order. Then after or during the first two items he yells drive to the first window. After getting to the first window the gentleman asked what would you like to order meaning I had to start over my order yet again. Then I asked him did he have a menu that he could show me since I have now left the drive-thru menu and I'm not sure what is on the menu. He replies you don't know what's on McDonald's! this led to me believing that everyone should automatically have the assumption of what's on the menu. then after I successfully place my order we move to the second pick up window where the lady then asked me to move to a holding spot to wait for my 2 sandwiches and a drink which is all that I could order because that's all I could remember from the menu. I kindly asked if it was possible that I can wait here at the window for my order. She then shut the drive-thru and came back less than a minute later with my order.
While McDonald's is not a restaurant that I frequently visit this is the very reason as to...
