Im sorry to have to do this review... Being that i dont like or nor have i written more than 2 bad reviews since i started my career as an official Google Guide! Im so sad to say i don't recommend anyone in this area visit this store if their owners allow such behaviour ill be more specific... Mrs Rosa if thats her name! I say this because her name tag is blank and she paused once i finally had to defuse the situation between my daughter and her.... All i asked her was since we ordered more food and were told to move to the next window.. "Was ma'am our food will be cold in 10mins.. This is this time she told us we'd be waiting for our food we added! Now i know she doesn't have to make all of our food over but she could have offered to keep it was and thats all i was looking for her to offer! But instead she decided to engage in a full blown argument with my daughter im sure when she was trained to be a lead her boss didn't show her videos on how to embarrasse their customers! Or nor did they say not to meet them in the middle, so long story short she mad the situation personal instead of defusing or use her tru training and off at least a heat lamp! I truly hate writing bad reviews but Mrs. Sandra is Mc Donalds Donkey of the day please still visit this restaurant but i suggest if your ordering around this time ... I went waited in line even though there was no line and waited for the cashier to acknowledge me, which he never did. He was just standing there looking at this cellphone. I went up and asked for a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and the cashier asked me if I wanted it without cheese. I told him I said Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. He asked me why I said with cheese as it comes with cheese. I told him because that is the name of the sandwich. He started to argue I should not say with cheese. I told him I will just have the sandwich with cheese. Then he asked me so you want the combo bro? I walked off and left the store without buying anything. The district manager needs to fire and retrain staff. Will not be back ever.

Here is a tip for all dissatisfied customers. Do the survey each time and give them a 1. These 1 star surveys will help prevent the store manager or district manager from getting a huge bonus. My order was all wrong. First the girl at the window didn't give me my drink and she was like I wasn't sure if it was mine she said. I'm like come on I only had 1 dbl quarter meal and happy meal. Like really obviously I'm missing a drink that goes with the meal. She was at the window and didn't know what she was doing. Very clueless, I should of checked my food before leaving the drive thru after seeing how she acted. Bc when I got home I noticed my drink was a Dr Pepper and asked for Coke. My meal was not a quarter pounder but 9 chicken nuggets. Not even a 10 pc like a order should be. In which I can't even eat their chicken nuggets they make me sick.. And I'm not even able to go back and have them fix my order. Bc I had someone give me a ride to buy but for them to get the order wrong. I even called and someone picked up and then hung up on me. I kept calling and calling no answer. This place is so unprofessional needs to train the employees better and management needs to answer that phone. I will not be going back here.. .I will go to Burger King next...
