McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

So starting off this review is for the location on El Dorado and Highway 3, but since the location doesn't show up on Google. Here's the review.

I live just across the street from this McDonalds and have been going there every morning before work for about 2 years now. I've never really had any issues. Everyone has always been very friendly.

Lately i've noticed a new manager (at least I think that's what she is - black shirt?) at this location. I'm not sure if she tries to be terrible at customer service or if she really is that bad. The first time I chalked it up to her possibly just having a bad day. The second time it threw me off and I ignored her and now the third time... well i'm over it.

This morning I asked for a bacon biscuit. As I drove around I noticed a Bac Egg Chs on the screen. No problem I informed her that I asked for a regular bacon biscuit only. She rolls her eyes and sais nothing but my new order total.

I never get a "thank you" , "have a nice day", or anything. Just my card and a blank stare. I'm not sure if anyone from McDonald's reads this or if they even care, but there it is. There's now a Carl's Jr. just down the street. The few times i've went there they've been really nice.

This McDonald’s is horrible when y shop at Walmart , y like to stop and get a drink or so called edible food, the long time manager a Hispanic woman like me , she was rude, she’s been there too long, she’s arrogant towards customers, they gave me a breakfast sandwich that was old and cold they would not give me another one and I paid with my credit card , this owner is a monster with his mangers , these people are thieves and they steal, rumors and I’ve seen an employee walking out with McDonald’s cooking items , they need to change the manager I’m Hispanic mixed race and she is ruthless to the customers like me and ,y would think that she and the owner would be nice and respectful to the elderly , but the owner...

They are usually pretty organized with getting food out at window. The lt few times we’ve been there in the afternoon, we’ve been asked to pull up and wait on food. Waiting isn’t as issue except, they hand out the frozen cokes from the window and then ask us to wait on food, all while the frozen cokes are melting and of no use when we get home with them., seemsrigiulous if you’re handing someone frozen drinks that you would make them wait while the drinks melt!
