Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

I would rate negative if I could... they made me wait so long my food was cold kid at the drive thru acted like he was high and couldnt get the words out to tell me it would be a wait. The other worker had her face buried in her phone. I called to complain and manager was nice.. the first time. Offered me a replacement meal... i didnt get it the following day.. didn't want taco bell two days in a row. So two days later I called and the first manager was rude, then just put me on hold and didnt say anything.. second manager was rude... which was the one I talked to theat first day I called. I went to get my food after telling them my order two times on the phone.. I get to the drive thru and repeat the order.. then they tell me to pull forward at the window they ask again my order... the. Tell me to pull up to the side and they will bring me my food..after telling them my order numerous times... i get home and they have messed it up again. Seriously.... and then didn't bother to get me any napkins or utensils. Such a shame... I didnt even order special stuff.... just...

Their speed of service was up to par person taking the order could not understand simple English he didn't understand the difference in diet dr. Pepper and dr. Pepper they no longer have the nacho fries which I think is a shame because that was the only reason I went to Taco Bell that my life now they don't have them so I'll just be letting her go by herself the Dorito tacos or amazing they could have used a little more meat they're not using the proper measuring cuz one had more meat than the other one working in Food Service I understand how these things happen somebody gets lazy and just grabbed the wrong spoon I've done it myself many times quality of customer service needs to be worked on I mean I understand it's a Mexican restaurant but we are in America and they should know what English is I run into this problem a lot in Houston Texas in Pasadena area it seems like we're no longer we're no longer in America we're just going to part of Mexico not being racist I'm just...

This Taco Bell is a JOKE! Several employees do not speak ENGLISH. YOU ARE IN AMERICA! I went inside to order, waited quite a bit, got my order after telling them my name and left. Got home, found a totally different order. Evidently she didn't understand ENGLISH. Called back and the person who answered couldn't understand ENGLISH so handed the phone to someone else. I had to drive back up there to get my money back. The manager drove up as I did and he processed the refund. I had parked at the front door in a handicapped place and he had parked next to another handicapped place right at the front door! LAZY???? I would think the manager would leave the places close to the door for customers. NEVER GOING BACK. This is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant.
