(I ONLY MAKE THESE SPECIFIC POINTS AS THEY COINCIDE W CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS NOT SATISFIED AS A CONSUMER) I pay at window 1, proceed to window 2. Where the DT associate is (HANDING ME A LG BAG OF FD THAT DOES NOT PERTAIN TO ME), With a smile I politely decline the LG BAG, informe the associate that is not my order. (LET ME ASK THE MOD) me.. sure,( ACTUALLY THE 🧊 CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN DOWN, DO YOU WANT AN 🍎 🥧/ a 🍪?), No I’ll just have a (SPICY McCKICKEN SANDWICH NO MAYO + MUSTARD) (ASSOCIATE LET ME GET THE MOD) me ok...(“MOD.....=5 seconds ummm YOU HAVE THE MEAL, NO THE VANILLA CONE, OUR MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER DO YOU WANT AN 🍎 🥧 /a cookie 🍪..?”) No I’ll take a and re-ordered the 🌶 McCHICKEN SANDWICH (“MOD LET ME CHECK THE PRICE DIFFERENCE, .....=5 seconds later, MOD COMES BACK TO WINDOW 2 SAYS THAT WILL BE .50 CENTS MORE.”) 😤😖🤯😡🤬 by this point I just couldn’t anymore seriously I NEVER received an apology, sorry for the inconvenience, I apologize my associate did not inform you our machine is broken down, the back and forth of the limited items we’re offering to you, pardon the delay the associate at window 2 is in training, no introduction due to title/ hi my name is _... 🤯🤯🤯 and you’re the MOD, MORE HRS, HIGHER RATE OF PAY, AUTHORITY 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 a team is only as good as the leader no surprise there🙄😬🤬 at that point I said “JUST GIVE ME A COKE WITH NO 🧊 “ the “MOD” at that point relayed my “OBVIOUSLY LIMITED” options.....=5 seconds later window 2 associate proceeded to pack a different order, asked me so what did you want after all🤬🤬🤬😤 (“ A COKE WITH NO 🧊 “) once window 2 associate handed me the beverage no (THANK YOU HAVE A NICE EVENING, THANK YOU COME BACK SOON, APOLOGY NOTHING 😤😤😤 at least a 🖕🏽to accompany the lack of leadership, customer orientation, fault. “I DONT CARE FOR THE DIFFERENT WAYS WHICH THAT LOCATION BENEFITS ME, ID RATHER GO OUT OF MY WAY/ JUST BOYCOTT COMPANY, FRANCHISE, TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Having a bad day is one thing but if the order was not done correctly and missing items then don’t be so dismissive of the person when they are polite towards you. If now you have the person from drive thru coming inside and they say might as well eat my correct fish sandwich inside while I wait on the correct burger order. You reject them a refill. That doesn’t make sense. I had to refund just for a refill although I sat and ate my entrees inside after the food was made improper and items missing like 3.69 McFlurry and a 1.69 pie. There is no logic to that but to stay in having a bad attitude because staff got it wrong and are having a bad day??
That’s a manager I’m talking about as well who made these decisions. Instead of keeping me in high spirits for I just wanted my food and to go but now I’ve waited in the line inside AND outside patiently just for you ( a manager) to refuse my refill when now I’m eating inside AND waiting on rest of my food.
Please reread that and understand the debt of stupidity that took. It could only have been that thick layer of racism the staff emits. The young male cashier in the front with black hair on his shoulders with the swoop ends. He is still stuck being childish and I understand. Ignoring my requests when I asked for my McFlurry because he seen the manager talk to me about the burger. That’s not how customer service work. If I’m standing in front of you and it’s my turn to talk to you then you speak to me. You acknowledge my existence. I know it’s hard to do that if you’re just young and dumb.
The young Hispanic lady with blonde hair was the only one who tried. She worked drive thru cashier and her accent was thick but she didn’t get one thing wrong.
The kitchen staff didn’t make my McFlurry or one of the pies. Also put cheese on no cheese McDouble (which I ate my fries and fish sandwich inside waiting on). I came in with no malice or ill intent even after a long drive thru line and waiting behind four people in line inside. I still was going to be that one customer to give no trouble and you know how that lady manager acted like, a person who hate others for no darn reason. And you know how her young male front cashier acted because she stopped showing her managerial skills? The same stinking attitude meshed into him. And that’s senseless.

Read moreTried using kios, didn't know how to go backwards, had a coupon for .99c large ice coffee was ok then ordered big breakfast n3eded to go back and order 2 sausages with it. Couldn't get anyone to help me so I finally went to counter, she was the one to help at kios but she had a line at the counter. Kios isn't for non savvy computer seniors. I asked 3 ladies to help me (with no assistance) before I finally canceled the order at kios and went to the counter, then the lady working the counter wanted to walk me back to the kios., I told her no that I had already canceled it over there. So she helped me at counter, took every bit of 20 minutes total to order 1 LG hazle nut ice coffee, 1 medium Carmel ice coffee 1 big breakfast wit extra sausage with pancakes and 1 big breakfast no pancakes. My order was over 15.00. They need someone at kios always to help people like myself. Not the person who works the counter because if she/he is busy then we at kios are still stuck. Not good! Then for me to ask 3 different employees to help me at kios and they don't know how, or it's not there job. Is very sorry customer service, then I yelled can anyone help me, twice.
