Ever gain! Came to this establishment to have dinner with my sister. As we order our food we had to ask her “I am sorry what was that” she was talking really low. At the register she said something about “ coke machine” I was saying yes a soft drink please. She again said something about the “coke machine” I said I am sorry I can’t hear you. She said the “coke machine was working.” I was like ok we will take a bottle drink. We paid and we took the food to the table to dine in. As always I need to wash my hands before I eat. I noticed they have a code to go in the restrooms. I asked the lady if she could give me the code she said “working” I am like I am sorry what? She said “the restroom is not working. I said ok I just want to wash my hands, she said “water is not working” I am oh ok, so I see the sink they use back there. I asked her “is there any way I could use that sink just to wash my hands” she said “ no, there’s some sanitizer over here. I was really confused because to my knowledge if an establishment doesn’t have water you can’t operate. Right? So I asked her for the store # she ignored me I asked her again she said she forgot the store number. I told her it’s ok I’ll find out. Thank you. Please review the cameras. Read moreOne star is being too generous for their lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. I ordered 3 sandwiches from Grubhub. To only be delivered ONE sandwhich and on top of that, one that I Didn't Even Order. Long story short, I was told they received the sandwich orders at different times, in which I replied that it didnt make any sense because they were all in ONE order and I still received the wrong sandwich. When the gentleman I was talking to told me the order was ready for pick up, I told him I couldn't pick it up which is why I ordered online. Well, 2 hours later, I was finally able to pick up our food. When we arrived to the location, we walked in, we weren't greeted, and received dirty looks. Mind you, it was myself and my 2 kids. When the guy asked if I was there to pick up the sandwhiches I told him yes and that I wanted them fresh, he rolled his eyes and with a real bad attitude proceeded to make the sandwhiches. When he was done, he pushed the sandwhiches towards me, said "There You Go." And walked away. No apologies for their mistake, no accommodations to try to have the order delivered, even after I informed him that he could contact Grubhub to have it delivered (Grubhub driver told me they could do that before leaving), mad at me as if I'm the one who messed up. We get our food and as we are separating it to give to the specific person that ordered it, we find that we were charged for, what subway wants to call a footlong, and got a 6". There were no condiments (mustard, mayo, etc) on any of the sandwiches. On Another, the person ordered a subway club. It was missing the bacon, and ham that was supposed to be on it. We call the location, the person who answered the phone did not comprehend or speak english very well, she passed the phone to another, her name was Maria S. I won't put the full last name to be a little discrete, I told her the issue. Maria, told me she was too busy right now to bring the missing 1/2 sandwhich, because it was lunch. I'm not sure if she realized that we ordered lunch, paid for it, and we have a time limit for lunch. We were not the one who made such mistakes. So the gentlemen who ordered the missing 1/2 sandwhich will be waiting for the remainder of his meal for who knows how long, or if they will even bring it. We will not order here again. Words of wisdom to this place," god gave you 2 ears for you to listen twice as much as you speak." When you are in the wrong this is the best advice.
