I went through drive thru. I paid at first window and asked guy if I can add a large fries. A lady came to him, looking frustrated. I apologized that I changed my order. He gave me my receipt and card. I asked him if he was able to add fries and he says the manger told him no because it will hold up line. I asked to speak to manager at next window. It was same girl. I asked her why couldn't I add fries and she said it would add time. So I thanked her and asked to have her name and corporate number. She told me her name and I asked to have her write it down and corporate. She told me her name and said"you can remember it" and walked away. I waited, then another lady asked and I said I need to speak to the manager. A man came and said he was manager. I explained everything and told him how the other lady handled this which was disrespectful. He was able to write down her name (Shieda) and his (Lawrence). I told him that he should handle customer issues more often and that it was ridiculous because this took way more time instead of adding one large fries....

Reached drive thru @10:15pm and the mic was on and a unruly customer could be heard over mic cursing the employees and threatening to beat them sat at order board 15 min listening to this go back and forth and asking could someone take my order and 3 times i was told give me a second while they continue to try and accommodate unruly customer finally i just drove to 1st window where employee says unruly customer tried to punch her in the face and she takes my order @10:45 ask me to go to 2nd window where then i see unruly customer is now in the building banging on counter throwing things at the employees and cursing them . i'm at the window until 11:15 when unruly customer and family walks out and then the manager cuts lights out and i blow my horn they ignore me like i didn't exist mind you 10 to 15 cars have left because they can't get service and after spending a hour i have to leave and go to whataburger to get food. They are advertising a $3.99 Big Breakfast with Hot Cakes on their menu screen, however after ordering, and being told in a not so nice manner, find that it is not being honored. It seems that this is not the only location not honoring this advertised special either. All locations along Mason and around the Katy area seem to not be participating (Called before traveling to nearby locales). The manager at this particular location states that the special will cost them too much of a monetary loss, and are excluding themselves. The manager also stated that the video menus at the drive-thru are controlled remotely by corporate, with that being the reason of the special showing. It's understandable that a particular location does not want to participate in every deal put out by their corporates, but a little friendly explanation would be nice rather than a scolding of "what are you talking about! I don't know what special you're asking for! We don't control what shows...
