The cashier told me there is a charge for the empty cup. She charged me for a small water instead of the cup. I asked her why is she charging me for a drink instead of just a cup. I had to walk up to the counter to be told that and because I ordered via the kiosk they couldn't refund me. A store with a kiosk installed should have the capability to refund items that they didn't have in stock as well as modify items related to their stores. A customer who chooses to order via the kiosk should also have details as if they were ordering at the counter. What is the point of the kiosk if the streamline process is flawed.
