McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

I have been to this location a number of times and everytime I say I will not patron this location anymore for various reasons. Today was the last straw. I ordered two strawberry cream pies in a mobile order. I placed the order at 5:57 pm and arrived at 6:05 at which time the drive through teller tells me they only have one strawberry cream pie but they do have an apple pie. I told her I didn't want an apple pie. So she tells me to pull up to wait for the pies. I asked how long and she says 12 mins. I said 12 mins??? She says yes. I told her I would be back. I arrive back at the restaurant at 6:30 pm and go inside. The lady at the register tells me it will be 10 mins after coming from the back to check on my order. I said I was told 12 mins before now you are telling me another 10 mins. Then I asked how ling does it take to make the pies? She says between 10 and 20 mins. I said the time varies by that much? She says yes. I asked for a refund and she says she will get her manager to refund me. The manager comes and says the pies are coming, it will be ready in 5 mins. I explained that they should have been ready when I arrived since the order was placed more than 30 mins ago and I said I prefer a refund. I will not be returning to...

Just had the weirdest experience. It took like 20 minutes just to order my food and get through the line. I didn't see anyone take payments on the first window and it was closed and couldn’t see anyone behind the window. So I assumed we paid at the last window when we get the food. When the lady handed me the food I asked for ketchup and the guy was like you have to pay. I thought he meant the ketchup so I said why if I ordered ketchup on the order. He just kept saying I have to pay and I’m like yeah I am paying but i don't want to pay for the ketchup. He finally told me I had to pay in the last window I was like well no one was there. I reached for my payment he just said I had to get off or go around again to pay. There was a line I wasn’t getting off to pay and wait all over again. I had every intention to pay an $8 meal but they should have taken my payment from the window since they weren’t on the first window. I drove off with the diet coke not realizing i didn’t pay for it. I went on the app and paid for it. This is proof I didn’t steal or anything. I tried talking to the manager on the phone but they hung up on me. I've been to this location enough times NOT to go there EVER again in my life. The people there are really rude, act as if they don't want to work nor happy with someone asking for extra ANYTHING. I went there for a quick breakfast on a Saturday for a Big Breakfast w/ Hot cakes but I wanted egg whites also with coffee. The Cashier was extremely nice but as I pulled up to the second window and asked for extra butter and strawberry jelly. A Hispanic woman who was no taller than 4"11 was very upset because my order was not as I asked, I showed her that my coffee was poorly made, my eggs were regular eggs instead of egg whites and my hash brown was cold. I should her my receipt by the look in her eyes I could tell she was upset. I clearly wasn't because mistakes happen but in this case I was not about to let a minor problem ruin my breakfast. I went in for them to correct my order and needless to say it still was not correct. Spoke with a manager and it was clearly a waste of time and as well as my energy.
