McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

This place needs a complete clean up, the staff has horrible customer service, I have been at this restaurant about 5 times and never did I have good experience. It seems like customers are annoying them, they don't greet, smile and when they speak, they are rude. If these people don't want to work, please close this place. Today I drove by and I'm sure I will never go back there anymore. I pulled over to place my order on the drive through speaker, the lady came on after 2 mins of waiting and clearly no other car was ahead of me, she didn't get my order right as always. When I pulled over at the payment window, I waited in my car while the lady was on her cell phone texting. She opened the window and stretched her hand out to get my card. No greeting, no smile. I proceeded to the pick-up window. The guy did not have my order and had no clue what he was doing. He asked me for my receipt and walked away to get my sandwich. The shock of my day, was that I had ordered an Ice-cream Sundae, but he handed me an ice cream cone, I said to him, "I'm driving, I need this in a cup, I won't be able to hold it and drive at the same time." He turned around, grabbed a cup and turned the ice cream cone upside down into the cup, and handed it to me. Honestly, I was speechless. My sandwich was stale, the bread was hard to chew, the lettuce was crispy brown. This restaurant is tarnishing the McDonalds' name. Something needs to be done. I honestly wish someone can take this business serious. I'm a customer service personnel and seeing this kind of service, it's unbelievable. The restaurant did not look clean, I could see dusty machines and dirty cups around. With tears in my eyes, please McDonalds do something about this, Learn from Chick-Fil-A how to take care of...

Unfortunately Google doesn't have a zero rating🙄I was SOOO WAITING for this review. Here goes. I went to the McDonald's restaurant on Greens Road near Greenspoint Mall(dead mall)on Saturday September 3, 2022 after not being there for sooo many years. I wanted the five dollar crispy chicken sandwich meal advertised on YouTube. I was meet by ALOT of flies flying around and was thinking "why" but it seems not to bother anyone else, that should've been my sign to leave. But ordered the meal and then the cashier tried to ring it up but couldn't. She called over the manager, and the Latina manager RUDELY barked at me and rolled her eyes and told me I had to use the app. I told her how, she replied "I don't know' and walked off. So I ordered the meal anyways and it cost more. I got my food home to eat. The buns were burned and the french fries were perfectly cold. The chicken on the sandwich wasn't freshly cooked and the icee beverage was WAY TOO SWEET. So, I end up tossing all of it and well here we are. I want my meal done over, FRESHLY COOKED and given to me. PLEASE don't eat at that restaurant. THANK YOU🤮🤢 Update on Monday January 9,2023 I wanted a quick bite to eat, walked up to the McDonald's restaurant like at six thirty five in the morning the doors WERE LOCKED!!🤬🤬SERIOUSLY LOCKED! Here in Houston at the Greenspoint Mall location, Metro bus drivers Tulsa Welding Students and regular customers like myself were wondering why it wasn't open. It was cold so I went to Jack In The Box next door.Yeah, bring back Ronald the Clown because that's EXACTLY what this franchise is...

I went through the drive-thu today and when I got home a large fries was missing and I call to complain and the bubble lip employee with the white gloves on look like he washing dishes picks up the phone in States it's a great day at McDonald's how may I help you and I advised him is not a great day that you forgot my fries he said well you can come get some more fries I said yeah that's not a problem I'll come get my fries but are you going to pay for my gas so the trouble of me wasting my time it's like he had lack of customer service skills and I was very disappointed in his reaction no what kind of customer service is this I don't care how upset of all read I am that is not how you talk to a customer I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I have never experienced that kind of conversation to anyone and I'm never coming to this McDonald's again when not and what tops it all when I got to McDonald's to get my fries it was like they've made a joke of it he had everybody turn around hot fries right that's not cute and in the manager of the franchise I made you some hot french fries I'm going to eat that s* I don't know what the hell they did with them fries if they put them in the dishwasher and then deep-fried before I got there to give it to me I ain't even that s* I'm so upset and I would never ever in my life go to that McDonald's far as I'm concerned that McDonald's can close down like greenspoint...
