I’m not one to write bad reviews but tonight’s experience i have too. I ordered my food. Was told to pulll to the 2nd window and they brought my food and i told the guy i was missing my drinks. & he never came back. Thats when i realized they took my order wrong at the drive thru. So i decided to go inside. 1. They took my order wrong so I had to PAY extra for my drinks and fries. As soon as i walk in the girl working said “ oh the girls from the car are here” and they Laughed.. even the manager or shift supervisor which is a guy. As someone who is also a shift supervisor i found it immature and stupid. Especially when your customers can hear you and are standing there. They took for ever to take our order there was a line in the front lobby. Finally the girl came and took the order and i asked who was working the window. She just said to talk to the manager and i just decided to order my food bc obviously i was already wasting my time there and having to go inside. Then the manager came to talk to me and i asked who was working the window all he said was “my co-worker” and i just told him that the guy was taking orders wrong and i had to pay EXTRA for whatever i was missing. He said i couldve just told him and he would have given it to me. He then offered to give me extra food even though i told him i didnt want extra food. I just wanted him to know what was going on. I get it. They are kids working but also if you cant handle a fast paced place dont work there. What really made me mad was the fact they laughed when we walked inside. That’s just a big NO. Read moreVisited my neighborhood McDonalds @ 6924 Antoine Drive, Houston TX 77091 this morning and placed a mobile order for 3 lattes and a breakfast sandwich. Went to pickup items but unfortunately the latte machine was down so I requested a refund for drink items. Clerk informed me that refund should be requested through Mobile App, so I attempted to cancel order and reorder items which I wanted and restaurant had available. According to mobile app I should request refund from restaurants that received purchase. I informed clerk of this and she wanted to see what was stated in Mobile App policy. After being read by three store employees and a bit of debate between them the clerk said “no, you need to get refund through app”. Which I feel was rude and against company policy. I continued to wait for my food items but after 15 minuets failed to received them. At that point I asked for my food and I received by another manger Cynthia who apologized for rudeness of initial assist manager but who still failed to issue refund for unavailable drink items. I believe this is a case where the store employees was unsure of how to handle refunding mobile purchases ..which is OK. The total order was less than $9 so the loss is not much but the attitude exhibited toward me was unnecessary. Read more’m writing to report the worst experience I’ve ever had at one of your locations. I placed a mobile order at 12:50 a.m., and the restaurant’s posted closing time was 1:00 a.m. My food should have been ready before closing. I arrived at approximately 1:05 a.m., and the employee at the counter told me, “We’re closed, we don’t have any food.” When I explained that I had placed an online order, he simply said, “We’re not open right now,” and could not tell me how to cancel or get a refund—only saying, “I guess online.” That level of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge is completely unacceptable. If your store cannot accommodate online orders close to closing time, the system should not allow customers to place them. In addition, the staff should be trained on how to handle these situations respectfully and provide clear guidance to customers. This was a highly disappointing experience, especially as this is the McDonald’s closest to my home. I will not be returning unless this issue is properly addressed. I expect a response regarding how to receive a refund for my order and what steps will be taken to prevent this from...
