Came twice in the past 24 hours. Just wanted a mcflurry. Came in on way to my 10 pm shift and I came in at 9:15. By 9:45 Still not one of the 8-9 people waiting inside had been acknowledged. Every employee was half effing off and half gathering drive thru orders. Finally the lady in front of me ordered...just fries...got them another 5 min later..said they were cold and she wanted fresh...GREAT so I waited on her again...THEN the fresh ones I watched them make she also said we're old so she wanted a refund. SOMEONE get another cashier to deal w Ms. Daisy so the rest of us can get tf out of here?! I left before I was late for work. Came back this morning on my way OUT of work. Ordered my mcflurry, Cashier. lamille or something...laughed with the girl behind her through out so I had to repeat 3 times. She gives me change and walks away. No other customers. Place is empty...machine is directly behind her. 5 min later she returns..can't get the machine to work..calls mgr...he's clearly annoyed and seems to be repeating something he's told her 1000 times...he leaves..she rolls her eyes and tells me ok he went "to get " the ice cream. Ma'am FK U MEAN? The machine is empty? Cause it comes liquid and has to be frozen if it's not already IN THAT machine. But she doesn't say any of that. After 10 more minutes of me staring at them..a very nice lady mgr came up and said would you like to wait? I said how long no one told me anything...she started to ask the man working on the machine but never said..just tried to offer me something else...I said no I just want a refund because I'm about to miss the bus. She took my receipt, gave it to the dude and told him what I asked. He asked me again..I said I just want my money so I can go. I have to GO. Do you want credit? NO BRO I WANT MY MONEY. I'm about to miss the bus. How many times are you going to ask? He then gives ANOTHER dude the receipt and tells him to refund me. Dude asks cash or credit even though HE HAS THE RECEIPT. FFS. TEN thousand questions, 2 trips, 5 people and 24 hours and I still don't have a damn ice cream. How hard can it be. Keep YOUR EFFING ICE CREAM LOADED AND your...
Read moreThis happened just now. This review is about KARLA ONLY. The other employees tried to help me but Karla took over everything. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and the $1.00 Fries. It is a Special on the menu that I have ordered many times before as I live across the street. I got a Cheeseburger with cold Fries. I asked for refund and re-order. She didn't want to fix it, she said there was no Special at her Franchise and she demanded that I give HER food back to her. I already gave the food to the employee I was already talking to (she was professional, I wish I could have kept talking to her). I gave my debit card and asked for a refund only. The guy that took my order (I have never had a problem with him and mistakes happen) came back with my debit card, the receipt, and the corrected order. I took 2 bites, it was soggy and I just wanted the refund by then. 3rd time in the Drive Thru. I had to wait for her to ring through an ice cream that took a while that wasn't mine. Got to the window and she didn't want to refund me. I asked what her Job Title was. She didn't give it to me but instead threatened to call the Police on me. Why? She yelled at me and I yelled at her? Not unlawful. Then she refunded me in cash, not on my card? Well, I didn't want to get falsely "arrested." No wonder the real Police are busy. They get calls about Double Cheeseburgers. So, I will never go there again. I will go to the many many other McDonald's there are. Been going to this location for a year and a half. Bye.
EDIT: I used to work at McDonald's. Wow. I know what kind of service McDonald's does and that was not it. That was really...
Read moreEvery time I come into this one particular McDonald's there's always an issue. I come to this particular restaurant because it is conveniently located next to my house and without transportation, it's my best option which I come into order food for my sisters & I almost daily. Yesterday as a matter of fact, I came in to order food as usual & I accidently lost grip of my coke. I managed to catch the cup but still spilt a lot all over the counter, the floor, my self. I reach down to pick up my phone playing in a puddle of the spilt soda & politely asked for napkins. The guy working the register just stood and looked at me like I was crazy while there's laughter from the crew members in the back and laughter from the crew members who were sitting at the first booth to the right of the first register who were on break. When I asked for napkins to clean myself up from the coke that was clearly all over my phone and my clothing, the cashier just said oh don't worry about it we'll get it up. I asked him again for napkins. Can you repeat, "Oh we'll get it up". I had to point out that I was wet my phone was wet and that I needed napkins. He brought only three small napkins without a "can I help you with anything else", not even a " "thanks for coming". I've never been so humiliated. There's a level of professionalism that must kept at all times when it comes to operating a business. I would appreciate it a little more if "professionalism" is exercised a little more in this...
